Some guy who apparently didn't like me - I won't name him here - sent me this without a return address. It might be kind of a ride joke on a drinking buddy but my book came with a hostile inscription so it wasn't meant to be a joke. I don't what purpose this book serves other than to piss somebody off. Maybe that's good enough for Amazon to sell it. Only a self hating guy would buy this for himself. Most likely it's simply a book to send as hate mail.
