Product Description

This Star Wars game in a book provides hours of fun for thumb-wrestling masters or their apprentices. Opponents Velcro on the lightsabers included (one blue, one red); open the book to one of seven durable "game board" pages depicting classic Star Wars battles; stick their thumbs through the holes; and use the Force (of thumb and imagination) to wrestle to victory!

Cute idea, and my 6 year old enjoyed it, but just for a few minutes before tiring of it. It's harder to tell when someone gets a "hit" and loses, unlike regular thumb wrestling when one thumb is pinned down, so there is a clear winner. So in our house this turned into, - "I got you!", "No you didn't!", "Yes I did!" etc. One way to play was you win when your opponent's light saber comes off their thumb. That's probably the best way to play. Otherwise we like it, and our only complaint is that you have to rip off the plastic to get the light sabers out, so there's no way to store them / put them back after use. I just taped the plastic piece back on every time, but it would have been better if you could actually store the light sabers with the book after use so you don't end up losing pieces.

I bought this for a stocking stuffer for my in-laws who love Star Wars. My husband and I put our thumbs through and were able to play just fine but there might be a problem for younger people with smaller hands.

I liked the different scenes for the thumb wrestling and I think Star Wars fans will like them.

Great different concept.Bought this for my 7 year olds birthday who loves star wars, though he was excited at first he tired of it quickly.He didnt care for continuously sticking his thumb through the stiff book and having to balance the book and thumb wrestle with the other. Fun while it lasted.....

OK, so it's quirky. But chances are if you are reading this review you have a geeky friend, or better yet, you are a bit geeky yourself. Personally i love it. I think it's very cute and makes a nice and affordable gift. You probably won't use it a ton, but it feels tough and durable enough to last few a few Light-saber thumb-wars :)

I got this for my Star Wars obsessed husband as an Easter basket filler. It was way bigger than I expected. It is slightly smaller than a regular piece of paper and the thumb holes could definitely fit a couple fingers. This made it way more comfortable to use than I expected. It was so fun to use.

This is so cute! The books has a durable thickness so it'll survive for awhile through kids playing with it! such a silly and different gift to give a young star wars fan or even a grown up fan who enjoys fun things!

I got this as a gift for a Star Wars fan and it was a hit. It's one of those cute, funny gifts. It has mini light sabers that you put on your thumbs and then you flip through the book to find a battle to reenact using the descriptions in the book. There are battle scenarios from all of the movies, so it really is a fun read too.
