My son bought this as a gag gift for his Dad because he's always telling stories of how much harder it was when he was a kid growing up. So now we tell him let's get out the violin lol It really is sharp, and not tacky or made of plastic. Its like the real thing except we can put it in our pocket!

I saw a miniature violin on a trip to Spain, and while I really wanted to purchase it for my sister who loves miniature things, it was over $70. I found this on Amazon and purchased it, wondering if it would even come close to the quality of the one I saw on my trip- and much to my delight, it does! I can't wait to gift it to her. The detail is really impressive; overall it's a really cute piece.

Love it. I bought this for my Christmas present for my co-workers. To be clear, it is going to be pretty hard to play it is almost unable to make noise but that's not really the point right. Very nicely made.

This is my favorite motivational tool at work. When ever an teammember starts whining about something, I just pick up my small violin and play them a sad sad song.

My only gripe is that it truly makes no sound... still awesome though.

Rosin the bow for some noise!

This is the coolest little instrument ever! I'm currently working on putting a little speaker box in the case to make it look like I'm actually playing it. It makes noise if you rosin the bow, but it's nothing stellar, and it sounds kinda grindy.
