This gets a lot of compliments, however they are loose in there holders and come off when you try to fill the cup. They are well sealed and it looks great on the wall but not as practical as I'd hoped. The grips need to be way more solid/tight.

I wanted to love this, I really did. It looks beautiful and works beautiful but the mounts do not hold the container. Someone suggested rubber bands to hold them, so I'm going to try it, but really I shouldn't have to.

I really enjoy the set up of this product and the fact that you can hang it on the wall.

Easy to refill and replace back on the wall

The inside rotary wheel is soft plastic so it won't crunch your food on its way out.

Highly recommend to put some snacks in a visual display so you can share with all!

This thing works great with a lot of different stuff. At first I thought it was defective but all I had to do was to squeeze the spring that holds it on the sides and it takes the weight of product well. The cup is great for a snack holder too but I wish I had a few more of the cups to hang next to it. We just dispense into a bowl but the cup is really convenient.

Works great for small-kibble dry pet food

Very pleased so far. I had a single one of these before (different manufacturer), so already knew that not every type of foodstuff will work in this. Works beautifully for small, dry kibble for pets, though. This triple version makes mealtime for elderly pets with different dietary needs a lot easier, and keeps it out of reach of our toddler's curious hands. (Before we found ourselves in this position, we might've giggled at people who feed different food to different pets of the same species... ahhh, what we do for beloved fur babies, huh?)

P.S. This is an edited review. I originally thought parts of the hardware were missing, but am embarrassed to say it was user error. I just didn't look hard enough. I'll blame mommy-brain. Yep, that's it, sticking with that excuse.

It doesn't feel sturdy enough to not be careful with

Bought this product to use as a cat food dispenser to facilitate giving out portions of three different foods to different cats 4 times a day, and it works much quicker than opening and sealing the bags each time. The brackets that hold each column in place seem weak, and often malfunction, dropping the canisters to the floor. There are also times when food pellets come tumbling out of the column without turning it if it is bumped or shifted, but that could have to do with the size of the pellets than manufacturing. It doesn't feel sturdy enough to not be careful with, and an increase in price would undoubtedly yield a product that felt more like a permanent addition, and not a temporary fix.

Great construction. Was surprised how sturdy they were. Perfect for the candy wall I wanted to create. Each canister comes with a cover for both ends and a measuring cup.

Wall bracket notnstrong enough to hold container in place

2 complaints on this product.
1. The wall bracket grips the sides of the container too loosely. When I go to twist the knob and fill the cup, it slides down the holder and moves on me, sometimes creating a mess. Poor design choice for the wall mount.
2. For our purpose (to hold cat food in the pantry), I wish it had more storage space. If their was a larger capacity one with a better wall mount, I would have gone that route instead.

Overall, in hindsight, I would have spent the $20 a different way.

I really do like this but I think pasta is about the only thing these will hold well. I tried to put garbanzo beans in one of the containers and it proved to be too heavy for it to hold well. So if you want to store anything lightweight it works great and looks attractive hanging in the kitchen.

Holder falls out of brackets

Disappointed with the quality. Only one of the brackets holds the dispenser tight enough so it doesn't fall out. The fresh caps that go on the bottom do not fit correctly. It is cheaply made.
