Now anyone can pull a rabbit out of a hat, without a degree from magician school. This bunny lifts up to reveal toothpicks hidden inside the hat. The holder is fun to set out on tables with hors d'oeuvres like olives, or just out in plain sight for guests who have enjoyed fresh corn on the cob at your house. Crafted from PMMA resin, the pieces are dishwasher safe. Designed by Stefano Giovannoni in 1998, the holder measures 3 inches wide and long by 6 inches tall, and is available in a choice of colors. Easy to use, well designed, and well made (smooth, no seams...) I got the black hat / white translucent holder as a gift for my husband who loves magic tricks and toothpicks. We keep it on a shelf in the pantry. Even in a place that's kind of dark, the bunny manages to capture light just like in the photo. My husband likes using it, and it brings a smile to my face every time i see it. Never thought something like a toothpick holder could be whimsical yet so elegant at the same time.

Alessi's Magic Bunny Toothpick holder is very cool, appealing and functional. I have it in Blue and bought Green as a gift - both great. You pull the bunny up by his ears to reveal the standing toothpicks and the bunny with his arms straight at his sides looking surprised. The Bunny Hat is weighted so that it doesn't fall over and works very well when you pull the Bunny up. Makes a great gift if you can part with it. Keeps those toothpicks clean and out of sight like Magic.

This magic bunny toothpick holder is simply adorable!!! It is made of strong plastic material, and it is very sturdy.

It is quite expensive...however, it is the only one out there on the market right now. I use it often, so it is worth the purchase.
