Must have for the men in your life! If you are like me and sick and tired of helping your guy shave his back, this is necessary! My hubby is able to get his entire back due to the length of the arm and makes his grooming sessions much more managable. I got one as a christmas gift for my dad as well and he also gives it a 10/10!

Fantastic ! It does not cut like a razor , but it is easy to use and leaves no cuts irritation. Quick to use also!

I considered other options , but the fact that you can use it dry without any prep or skill is a huge plus .

It's easy to use and comes in handy. Unfortunately I have a hairy back, but the mangroomer was a great purchase to help me with that. I've owned it for awhile and it still works great.

Best purchase I have made for my health and wellness in years!

The embarrassment of having to ask someone (wife, cousin, etc) to "do my back" is OVER! As the "Hairy guy" I have always had to get someone to run my clippers on the parts of my back and shoulders that I can't reach.

So today, I just picked this up from the Amazon Locker, and I was able to easily get the patch of hair that I couldn't reach when I did my back with the clippers.

About the product - YES, the plastic is light and you could break it if you went and threw it down on the ground. Don't do that! The feel of this is light and certainly less than the strength of a 2x4, but that's the point - its light like anything else like it.

The trimming head itself is good! I popped in two AA batteries and I finished my back in 5 minutes. BAM! I feel lighter already!

For the money, you can't beat this - and you won't be upset with you being able to trim your back ... without having to ask anyone else.

Some report that this pulls hair, and if you have long hair like mine then yes it will. If you can push past the discomfort you'll find a smooth back that lasts for weeks or months depending on your hair growth rate. After the initial first shave, if you maintain and shave before the hair gets too long then you won't experience the hair pulling.

PRO TIP: Use some 5-in-1 or WD-40 to lube the blade before use.

Exactly what I needed. Expectations exceeded. I loathe that I have enough back hair to require a special tool.

I've tried all the other things
* disposable razors can't get to my mid back, I'm not that flexible
* waxing comes with a cost that is not commensurate to the two small patches of hair on my back
* depilatory creams (nair) is almost as hard to get in the right spot, as it is to get rinsed off before the chemicals start to burn
* extender hands for disposable razors ... i mean those aren't significantly cheaper than this option, and you still have to buy razors

The package arrived about 10 minutes ago, I've already opened it, put the batteries in and shave smooth. WHICH is surprising, from the other reviews I read I was worried it would not get me smooth. I'm smooth. Looks smooth, feels smooth.

I will say that it's a bit of a tough area to reach, and watching yourself in the mirror takes a bit of added dexterity... but that is on the user, not a product flaw.

The Mangroomer works GREAT. I wish I had purchased one years ago. I read the reviews on the other modesl of the Mangroomer that have some additional features... since I only have two spots to shave I don't see the need for anything other than this.
