Great for a party! Everyone loves making the beautiful rosettes, not to mention the taste of the fabulous cheese. I have not used it for chocolate...We have given as gifts to our children and no one has had a problem with any part of the Girouette. Its a great gift for the person that has everything!

Like having a cover for the cheese. Whole item larger that it excepted. Metal casing largewill use small ring for chocolate curls.
