Overview
LEDGlow's 4 Piece Blue Interior Lighting Kit adds a custom blue illumination to your vehicle's interior, and comes packed with an assortment of features at an affordable price. Our LED interior light kits includes four 9 inch tubes with 18 ultra-bright, wide angle blue LEDs per tube giving you a total of 72 LEDs in each kit.

Technical Specs
The blue interior kit's control box is the brain of the kit as it features 7 solid color brightness levels, 3 strobing modes, 3 fading modes, 1 scan mode, as well as our extremely popular sound activation mode. The sound activation mode allows the LED interior lights to react to the music playing inside of your vehicle with a built in microphone, and the sound sensitivity is easily adjusted with a wheel that is located on the side of the control box. With the included mounting brackets and five feet of power wire per tube, these LED interior lights can be mounted to virtually anywhere inside of your vehicle, giving you full customization over your lighting scheme.

Additional Features
This interior lighting kit features LEDGlow's Auto Illumination Function that will illuminate the LEDs when your vehicle's doors are opened, turn the ignition switch or when you turn your headlights on. Our interior lighting kits are powered by any 12 volt source and for an even easier installation, LEDGlow offers an Expandable Circuit that powers the interior kit directly from your vehicle's fuse box. Users can also install their interior kit using our Cigarette Lighter Adapter that powers the kit directly from the cigarette lighter port. The Expandable Circuit and Cigarette Lighter Adapter are optional installation accessories that will not affect the performance of the kit if not used.

Good but not flexible enough and looks like rice

These lights are decent for what they are but I was a bit underwhelmed. Let's start off with the good. The wiring was dead simple into the fuse box and the actual color is perfect. Also, (with some modifications), they end up looking great.

The bad:

The cables coming off of the control box are 5' long which is enough for most of the car, but under the passenger seat was too short so I had to splice wire in. 6' or even 5.5' would have been perfect. I know this is different for every car though.

The ugly:

These LED's in their normal state would only look good in a slammed 1995 Honda Civic with a wing on it. They are simply too harsh and too bright. The intensity switch does not control brightness but rather the sensitivity of the audio mode. The mode switch doesn't either. There appear to be multiple brightness settings, but in reality it is just the number of LED's that are turned on and which LED's that are turned on. Even in their lowest setting, it is blinding. Luckily, a quick application of electrical tape over top of the strip got the brightness down to exactly where it needed to be. I've attached a picture on the "lowest" brightness setting.

My use: I installed these lights using the cigarette lighter converter in my 2014 Scion tC. I removed the plastic cup holders in my car, and the e-brake cover and ran all wires through the center console area using zip ties to make sure cords were neat. I also used zip ties for the lights, simply tying them to cords under my seats, and dash. There are screws included, but I lease and tying them down was easier anyways. I used a 1 to 3 cigarette power converter and installed in under my dash where I plugged in the lights and my radar detector. I used the provided 3M adhesive pad to mount the control box near my shifter where it's out of sight and the cords are easily tucked away.

The good: Installation was quick and easy. I had the lights installed and working within 30 minutes of opening the package. No tools are necessary, unless you're using the provided screws to mount the led strips. The cords are longer than necessary, especially the power cord for the control box. They are not as bright as the picture advertises, but I'm ok with that as it would be distracting and annoying. Depending on how you face the lights once they're installed, you can basically control the brightness.

The bad: The sound mode doesn't impress me. If the music is too low, they just blink slowly and as soon as the bass hits, they just blink rapidly. Music has to be at medium volume with sensitivity at medium for them to feel like they are responsive. I prefer to simply use them as a steady accent light.

For the price you can't go wrong. Not the most difficult of installations plus I already had it wired up with LED strips which I ended up tying into this set up. I give it four stars as I am not really impressed with the sound function of set up. They don't really bounce, move, flicker or whatever adjective there is to the music. They seem to flash regardless but will flash "faster" if music is playing. I messed with sensitivity and it's not quite what I expected. Also in the product image they're not as bright to light up the car as shown. They're still bright just not as shown. It's a great product and plan on doing the under carriage with them in the same color.

A little too much wiring work for one color

This was pretty easy to install, and fit my color theme for a while, but found some color changers for the same price which enabled on the fly changes and haven't looked back. Otherwise was a quality product and does what it says will do, Can't know the product specifically, just found better options for my taste.

These will make your interior look fantastic! If they are too bright, there are options to disable LEDs one by one so it can get dimmer and dimmer. I have seen a lot of LED kits where the LED lights are just WAY too bright, but these at their max setting are not too bright nor distracting to the driver.
/!\ BE AWARE THOUGH /!\

With this kit you should purchase the fuse add-on fuse connector, or the cigarette lighter power adapter (both sold by the same company [LEDGlow]), or you will need to know what you're doing with the power wires themselves. I myself purchased the add-on fuse connector, but when it came in I had noticed that I didn't have a free fuse in my fuse box that I could hook it into. So I had to route the wires into my cigarette lighter port and steal the power off of that to power my LED lights. Make sure you do your homework before buying this kit to make sure it will hook into your vehicle correctly, and you know where to put everything. Other than that, the lights are fantastic and I would recommend these to anyone looking to give their car a little something extra to make it stand out from the crowd.

This was more work than I thought, found a great video on Youtube on my 2014 Camaro to use when the dome light is on. Lights look absolutely fantastic. Better for people to install by professionals or smaller people that's for sure, Really like the results.

I hooked in a T-cap to the gray line of the dome light. Which is located up by the brake and gas pedals. Found a spot to hook up my ground and works great. Was able to hide most of the wires in the center console plastic side plates, and had more than enough room to hook the LED strip on the seat.

Don't believe that it only takes a 1/2 hour, plan on 2 or 3 if you don't fit well in tight spaces. Pretty lame they give you little screws that you cannt use, use zip ties are perfect for the LED strips.

But again the results are pretty cool! Just watch the Youtube video(s) you can find most models/makes to fit your vehicle.

I went with a brand name LED kit due to issues with other no name kits. Was not disappointed. Quality kit and complete. Good quality wiring harness. I installed this on my 2014 Jeep Wrangler and tucked the light bars up inside the frame rails, behind the rear frame rail and just below the front grill. Have been running them for last 6 months with no problems. They do get wet, so there is some water resistance. I sealed each of the wire junctions with silicone seal to prevent corrosion of connections. They was plenty of cable to reach from each light. A daisy chain type set-up. Finally I have mine wired to a rocker switch which allows quick on and off lighting. And they provide just the right amount of glow under the vehicle. This was not my first LEDGlow product and will not be my last. Buy brand name and get quality or take your chances on generic lower priced kits.

Love these! You save so much without getting OEM LEDs or other aftermarket LEDs. Installation was easy enough. The tubular fuse with the LEDs kind of broke prematurely in my opinion, but I'm not exactly sure if that also dealt with heat (I'm not an electrician or anything so...). My car definitely became an oven in Vegas at the end of June so...Wish the sound-activated setting was more "bass" oriented (if it's too fast, the lights can't always keep up with the beat) but that's just a personal preference that really doesn't detract from it. It goes to the loudness of the music regardless of EQ really. I wish the lights also did not just flash with the lack of music...if the music stops, it would be nice if it just went dark. Again, personal preference that doesn't detract from the product. You get more than you pay for.

Totally deserving of 5 stars for the awesomness they are!!! However, my only qualm with the product itself is the cheesy double-sided tape they include for installation. It won't stick! I had to buy the 3M red/gray heavy duty double-sided tape for it to adhere to my console. I also used Velcro so the remote can be removed when needed, otherwise it would be practically permanent with that 3M tape alone. The color and quality of the lights are super sweet!!! I love the different modes and options you have! And it was fairly easy to install. I would like to point out that the tutorial they provide online is good, but not great. They aren't detailed with the verbal instruction and the video itself is too fast to see anything they are doing. I am a girl, so it may have taken me longer than most to get them hooked up to my fuse box and working properly, but I'm still pretty impressed I got them to work at all. Now that I know how to make these bad boys work, I would buy them again in a heartbeat!

These are some awesome lights!! They work great and have alot of options as far as how bright you want them to be. I have mine hooked to a blue l.e.d. rocker toggle. The wire from the control box to the light bar is only about 4 feet long, but this is an easy fix. I used the JACKYLED 4-WIRE EXTENSION to splice in an additional length to reach the rear of my Suburban. I have two sets of 4-both hooked to toggles. 4 up front and 4 in back. When I click those lights on, the whole truck lights up blue!! My interior is grey and I didnt care for the blue end-caps on the light bars so I painted them with testors grey model paint as they are plastic. Looks great. As far as attachment to interior, i used 3M UHB DOUBLE-SIDED tape. The screws they send are a bit short and the velcro just didnt stick well so I improvised and got longer thin screws also. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND these if you are looking into some interior lighting for your vehicle.
