Nestled among the snowmen and Santa Claus decorations at Christmas, this Three KIngs Christmas set brought the focus of the holiday back to its origins. This was a conversation starter among the adults as well as the children and everybody, from the youngest to the oldest, was interested in getting a closer look, and touching the "gifts." Nobody had ever seen a set like this and were enthralled by it. The boxes are larger than I expected and the pieces of frankincense and myrrh are numerous. The "gold" in the glass globe was an inspirational presentation. Several people either asked where I got the set because they wanted to get one for themselves or asked for this set as their Christmas gift for next year. To be completely honest, I had to send the first set I ordered back for an exchange because the chain holding the lid on the "gold" box was too short so the lid would not stay open. The exchange was prompt, seamless and hassle-free and the replacement set was perfect. I could not have been happier. This Three Kings set is a wonderful gift idea for that difficult to buy for person of Christian faith.

A great holiday accent piece or a cool learning set

I purchased this set originally for a children's sermon I was conducting. It was extremely popular. Not just with the kids but also the adults! It's hard to find someone who hasn't heard of the gifts of "gold, frankincense, and myrrh" ... but, very few people have first-hand experience with anything but gold. Being able to see, hold, smell, and feel the real thing really blew people away. It was a first for everybody in a congregation ranging in age from very young kids to adults in their '90s. Many people strongly hinted how much they'd love to have the set. But, it was my Mom who I gave it to after the service. Since then, the set has become a regular part of our family Christmas decorations. The display boxes are extremely high quality and beautifully designed. The small ziplock bags have proven to be great for preserving them frankincense and myrrh year-to-year. A very special way of remembering such an important time.

This delux set was even better than I expected! I love it so much. What a beautiful way to display the gifts of The King (Jesus)...the true meaning of Christmas. I wish I could buy one for each sibling of mine for their families. The frankincense and myrrh have their scents and the gold is beautiful. My kids think it is very special. I bought it for decoration, but thought it would also be neat to use in our family nativity we act out every year. Not for tiny kids though. I'm so happy I bought it and was able to get a good price. I wouldn't pay full price for it though. But if money is not an issue, it's worth having. Beautiful. Special. Love the authentic papers and descriptions in the box. So cool.

The 3 Kings Gifts are absolutely gorgeous.

Also makes a very special gift for that special person of the Cloth that you may want to buy

a gift for.

They are very well made. Boxes are really pretty and make great show pieces in the house or office.

Gold is in a pretty shaped plastic bubble and shimmers, frankincense, & myrrh smell so pretty and would

smell nice burning in an incense older.

I highly recommend this trio. They are beautiful & very well made. High quality product..

Okay; not the best quality. I had to add essential oils for fragrance (I used the the diffusers that had a solid back from diffuser necklaces I already owned). There is no smell. Giant air bubble in the "˜gold' globe. I will sort something out for the gold next Christmas. Maybe gold foil wrapped chocolate balls.

We always hear about gold, frankincense, and myrrh, but not many know much about the latter two. This was a big his a Christmas with both children and adults. Great quality and nice box for storage.

Not What I Hoped

This was a really good idea that evidentally never got completely off the ground. The boxes are very crude looking, the frankincense and myrrh have no fragrance -- even when broken as they stated, and the finish on the top of the boxes was gone in places. Wish this had worked, even at a higher cost.

Glass holding gold is VERY fragile

We used this for our Sunday School classes. Passed each item around for the kids to hold. Without warning, the glass holding the gold shattered while handing the ball to a child. The thickness of the glass is very thin. Now we have to find a replacement in time for the epiphany.

My mother is a very religious woman. She was aghast at the quality of detail and workmanship of the product. The boxes were larger than I expected and are well worth every penny spent. Everything was perfect. This was an excellent addition to my mother's nativity Christmas theme. I specifically appreciated the hand wrapped items and the packaging. Items were well padded and organized. An authentic experience and product indeed!
