Great on paper but quality control issues- excellent customer service

The capabilities are good, I like the use of tight rack and cooler capacity compared to similar products. BUT IT ARRIVED WITH LARGE HOLES ON 3 SEAMS RIGHT OUT OF PACKAGE. Clearly the design is solid but the quality control and seam welding process leaves much to be desired.

EDIT: less than 7 hours after posting a negative review I was contacted by the seller who overnighted me a replacement product at no charge. The replacement table had no seam defects. I am very happy with the way I was treated and the product functions well. I would like to point out that this product is a larger size and better designed than most similar and lower priced products. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again, and I do believe this is the best designed product at this price point- with the caveat that I would inflate it and check the seam welds on the top side prior to any planned use so you don't squander any precious vacation time attempting to fix or replace it.

Very disappointed

Sad to report that the much-anticipated air pong arrived and we are looking to return it ASAP. We had such high hopes on this. Read so many great reviews and thought the tray concept was going to be game changing for our pool beer pong. However the tray is very cheap plastic material. It might be the same plastic material as a solo cup. The "cooler" in the middle is poorly constructed. The lid does even fit properly and just sits on top with a big gap. We live in Texas and there is no way ice is lasting more than 10 mins in the Texas summer. But the most disappointing thing about the entire design is the fact that our standard red cups don't fit properly in the rack! If there was a proper fit we could probably ignore all of the other flaws. When we placed all of the cups, the front cup pops up above the others. Not worth the money for us and we will be returning and buying a different table. Sorry Air Pong, I really wanted to like you but this is just not a good product.

This is a great beer pong float and in my opinion the best one to buy. If you've got a pool and and at least one friend, then this is great summer entertainment and perfect for pool parties. We've had 3 or 4 cheaper ones and there is no comparison. The others aren't much less in cost, definitely aren't constructed as well, and when you factor in buying a replacement after only a couple of months then based on price alone this is a better deal. Still, you don't expect that they will last forever and when the float that I bought 3 months ago developed a pinhole I patched it and kept playing. I have an air compressor anyway so this was more of an irritation than anything. Well guess what? I wasn't paying attention when I bought it and didn't realize that it had a 1 year warranty. Out of the blue today I got an unsolicited email from Skip's Garage asking how it was working out for me. I sent a reply and WOW. They are sending me a replacement! Can't say enough about the customer support or the product.

6-14-2015 Summer has begun with our first rounds of Pool Pong! This is our 2nd float as we left our other one in Mexico for others to enjoy! Read on for more info about this fabulous product! LOVE IT!!!!

UPDATE! If we you are looking for the absolute perfect beer/pool bog game look no further! We have taken this to Mexico 3 times and recommend it to everyone who has played with us. There is no better or better constructed game than this one! Will be buying another for our pool at home so the other is packed ready to go at a moments notice! It is the best so don't hesitate!

A must have for anyone that has a pool. Took down to Cancun to play at the Hyatt Zilara pool! Everyone LOVE it! Well made product and a dream to play in the pool because of the built in cup holders. My hubby forgot them the first day so the first rounds were pretty comical but once they were in place in was GAME ON!!! Read a lot of the reviews before we chose this one-So worth the price!!

When I received this product, I was very excited to start using it. Unfortunately, I never got a chance with my first one. I bought it for my bachelor party. We rented a boat on a lake in Austin, TX. Well, there was some other "entertainment" on the boat that distracted us. The table made it on the boat but it didn't make it off.

When Skip's Garage heard about my story, they agreed to send me another one for free. This is an amazing product and you will not be disappointed. It can be used both in and out of the water and is made with high quality materials that will last. On top of that, Skip's Garage has excellent customer service and really makes sure each and every one of their clients is happy. If you are going to get a beer pong table, this is the one to get.

Use the inserts so it keeps cups a little above float. Perfect rack, made the game much better. A little worried about rack ripping mattress w sharp edges, but mattress seems much sturdier than other brands. I dont like the cooler, my pool is warm and in sun its useless, wld be better to have been able to use bounce feature since the tubing runs horizontal, I love the bounces, if they switch back I would get. Most people with pools will use marine coolers for beers, or intex insulated floating cooler or put cooler on a float. My 2 cents. Best most durable game yet..rack is a must now

This product is one of the most well constructed and thought out variations of any drinking game i have ever played. The plastic moldings for the cups are genius; after a summer full of extensive play i never even had one cup spill. The table is full size and very durable. It may need to have a little air added to it after several hours of play, but mostly due to the beating it takes from exuberant intoxicated people. I had to buy a Coleman air compressor to get the right size attachment for to inflate it, but got one for maybe $15 here on Amazon. The cup holders on the side are also a little small, but this drawback pales in comparison to all he fun i have already had in one pool season as a result of this purchase. Unparalleled design and practicality! Highly, highly recommend!

Unusable due to poorly designed racks - UPDATED

Purchased one of these a few years ago and it was awesome. Came with two sturdy racks and the blow up lasted a few years before ir needed to replaced due to sitting outside all day everyday. I since tried a few different cheaper blow up beer pong tables which I didn't like because of how far apart the cups were held. Finally broke down and bought another one of these. Unfortunately it appears they redesigned it and not for the better. The plastic racks are now super thin plastic and the holes for the cups were made to small. Solo cups won't fit in the rack or the pockets on the blowup making this unusable.

Update:

After posting this review the vendor replied to inform me the racks were redesigned for official bpong cup "for a more authentic game". They were also willing tp send me a set of the old rack design for use with standard solo cups. If you purchase this product make sure to request the rack that works for you. Only knocking off one star for the inconvenience, otherwise it's a great product.

Ruined my family VACATION.

I'm so incredibly upset!!! I did my research on beer pong tables and decided on this one..Not only did I buy 1 I accidentally bought 2..

I was going to ship back the Second one..But decided to keep it for as gift for later this year.ANYWAY WE finally made it on our VACATION. There was a little delay because I'm sick..But decided to bad and take my family on this trip we all been waiting for..So first day here we blow up the beer pong and within no time it was losing air!!!!UGH ARE U KIDDING ME...this is my kids favorite game and ITS TRASHED!!!WTH.. I just wanted to cry seeing it in the garbage can...And so many people were in love with our peer pong..Asked where did I buy it and told them..They said they were getting theirs ASAP ..Well guess what if I see them I'm going to tell them how ours had been slowly leaking g air in the seams my son said..I dont know about the rest of people that can afford to replace theirs but I sure can't..No joke I had to go without a few things to make this happen and yet it still did..I COULD JUST CRY MY EYES OUT..5 DAYS LEFT AND BECAUSE OF THE TIME OF YEAR I CANT FIND POOL.STUFF AND EVEN IF I ORDERED ONLINE WONT GET HERE IN TIME.

Did not hold air out of the box.

Arrived as described, however, I had great reservations given the items pictured in the ad did not match the ones on the box or described. This one DID have the cooler in the middle even though it was not pictured that way. The problem was right out of the box it would not hold air. Putting it under water, we could not find were the air was leaking but it was leaking fast enough that we could not even play one game before it was too deflated to hold the cups upright. The valves worked well so that was not the issue. Just poor quality. Wasted time and effort very disappointing.
