I purchased 2 Creeping Lemon Thyme plants, they arrived very quickly and well packed. One of the plants was in beautiful shape on arrival, it was bushy and smelled great, with many many golden tipped leaves by the next day. The second plant was sickly from day one, even with my best care it continued down hill and died a few days later, by the time the plant was dead the first plant had developed the same weird black ooze from it's new leaves, a few days later it died too. I contact Hirt's about the first plant and they refunded my purchase price, when the second plant died they again refunded the purchase. All Hirt's ever asked for was a photo of each plant. While I appreciate the no hassle refund, I would have been happier with healthy plants or help returning these to health.

Very well packed, soil was still moist when it arrived, and the plant was larger than expected. It got planted immediately and by the next day it had flowers blooming! Excellent! It has a wonderful fragrace as well. If I could buy an airfreshner with the same scent, I definitely would.

Not sure where these plants came from, but they were live & have thrived since I received them. I don't see any mosquitos around them. I live in Alaska, so I was very impressed that the plants survived the Post Office

Arrived quickly and healthy. It was surprisingly small, but once I planted it, a week went by and it was full and spread out and is lovin life! I think what happened with those who got bad plants on arrival is the timing of their order. I ordered mine 1st week of April after frost and right as the "April Showers" started so it's being easy to keep up with. I highly recommend this!

This merchant seemed to have a bunch of mixed reviews. It's a rough journey for plants through the mail and it sounds like despite their best efforts, sometimes the plants don't make it. I'm very delighted to say that my plants made it in perfect shape. My four plants were neatly wrapped with a chemical heat pack (like the kinds they use for small animals) and arrived healthy and in great shape. I opened the box and was met with a wonderful lemony smell. Each plant was carefully taped up to keep the dirt from spilling. They were shipped quickly. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Thanks Hirt's!

Arrived in a rather bad shape. I repotted them, fed them, put them in the sun, talked to them, but they died. I give it three stars because who knows, maybe I did something wrong, although I don't think I did, as far as I know. They were outside, did they get too much water from all the rain we got lately, should I have fed them more because the rainwater might have washed out the nutritients?

The plants were received in good undamaged condition. I planted them the same day received and so far they are growing well and hearty. My experience with this seller and their products has been so good these past few months that not only do I recommend this seller but I have purchased additional plants from them since receiving these. All plants received have been hearty and beautiful; this seller has proven themselves to be a better and cheaper source for live plants than our local nursery.
