Don't Buy From This Seller!! The metal arm doesn't fit into the small hole on the side of the base, because the hole is too small! So, it's totally useless! I wrote the seller -- no response. I refuse to pay return shipping for a defective item! I'm out of the money I spent for this. I would give a negative 10 star, if I could.

If you are anything like me, then you struggle with the daily plight of making difficult decisions. Some decisions are small like deciding whether to eat out today or not (Ask a Friend), others are more consequential, like deciding whether to break up with your girlfriend or not (Definitely). BUT ever since I bought the Magnetic Decision Maker, my life has become infinitely simpler and just better overall. Now the stresses of making life decisions, no matter how big or small, are a thing of the past!

No longer do I have to debate if I should accept a specific job offer (Try Again) or if I should finally pursue my lifelong dream of owning a convertible Porche (Yes). I have even started taking the Decision Maker with me when I go out. Now when I go out to a bar and want to talk to a cute girl, I no longer have to work up the courage or wonder if it's a good idea. I simply ask the Decision Maker if I should ask this girl if she wants to take a ride in my new Porche Boxster (No Way)! In summation, GET THIS PRDUCT! It will literally change (and control) your life and allow you to finally say goodbye to the tedium that is free will!

Cheaply made & it shows

Really fun concept but the way the ball connects to the bar holding it leads to one of two results almost always. very cheap quality. The ball itself is plastic with a magnet at the bottom. You can feel it. Took much longer to ship than I expected. Fun desk toy for looks, but not worth the purchase.

It takes foreverrrrr to stop swinging. The ball is too light so it just keeps going back and forth. There's only so long you want to look at it swing before it loses its fun. Tried to return it within the allotted time but the "item can't be returned."

It's a very cheap product but I didn't expect anything more than random entertainment from it. The plastic pole that goes into the circle base does not hold well so the magnetic ball spins and it (pole) falls completely off the circle. That changes the answer to your questions... lol.

Waste of money!

I received this product recently and it says in the description it was stainless steel abd plastic but only the tiny bar that holds the plastic ball is stainless steel. The whole thing is basically cheap plastic. I tried to return it but it is not eligible for return. I am very disappointed in this purchase.

This is a fun, silly gadget that looks cute on a desk. It actually works pretty well to give different answers for different questions by way of the magnet. The base is plastic and I had expected it to be metal. The hole where the post mounts didn't hold up for long and no longer stays together well.

I have had this thing for years, and it is how I have made all important life decisions. I am truly a new man because of this device. Just listen to the magnetic gods and they will bless your life. The only problem is they like to say maybe a lot.

Just like a magic 8 ball. Cute. Fun. But it feels cheaply made - the base isn't solid, so it tips a bit. And yikes it takes about 3 minutes for the ball to stop swinging around. I wouldn't buy it again.

This is a quality piece of office gadgetry that is fun to play with and display. One point worth mentioning...the black base cover with wording is a sticker, not engraved, so this does take away from the executive-ness of the item, but also explains its low price tag.

I now have purpose and direction in life...as least until the ball settles on my next choice....

Edit 5/31:

I just reordered this to give out as gifts and they have replaced the metallic finish base with a white plastic base. It's still cool but not as professional
