Product Description

The iPaperPad is not magical or revolutionary. It's a paper pad. This package contains three pads with 25 pages each. The pads are 7.47" x 9.56" and have a writable area of 5 3/4" x 7 1/2" on the face and provide the entire surface area on the back for additional notes. This three-pad pack was specifically designed so you could have one for yourself and share two with friends. The iPaperPad may be the same size as the Apple iPad but unlike the Apple iPad, these paper pads are 100% recyclable and compostable. They require no batteries, have virtually unlimited resolution, and their speed is controlled by you instead of a custom processor. The interface is so intuitive even a baby can use it! Be the envy of all your friends (except the ones you share the extra pads with) and buy an iPaperPad today! PLEASE NOTE: The iPaperPad is only fully functional with a writing instrument which must be purchased seperately. The iPaperPad is 100% compatible with any writing instrument designed for paper: pen, marker, crayon, etc.

Features

  • 25 sheets per notepad
  • 100% recycled paper
  • 7.47" x 9.56"
  • *unlimited* resolution and battery life

Not as advertised!!
by Dan E. (2 out of 5 stars)

The pad I received does not rally look like the picture. There is no frame, or edge around it to make it look more like a iPad. I could live with that, but what is the REAL problem, is that they the description of the item says you will receive three (3) pads-but I only got one! Reading the reviews, I can see I am not the only one that was deceived about the number of pads you will receive. I recommend passing on this item until the address that problem

No iPad menu bar on top?
by Grant Dryden (4 out of 5 stars)

Same size as an iPad. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars due to not having the realistic menu bar of the iPad on the top like in the picture. They could have designed the note pad with a little more detail. Its like building a car from scratch, only to decide not to put on the wheels to do anything with it? Almost there, but just not quite. Not a bad note pad, but so far it hasn't gotten the attention in class that I was hopping for.

Too much to pay for a cheap gag gift
by Tony (2 out of 5 stars)

You'd think that for the price, this would be a cheap plastic edged thing with a pad of paper in it. But you'd be wrong. It's a pad of paper with not so much as a cardboard backing. Congratulations NetMeme, you got your incredible markup, and no more business from me.

Fun idea, but...
by Library Lady (2 out of 5 stars)

it really doesn't give the overall impression of an ipad.
-The size is larger.
-The print is not very dark.
-The home button and top tab with the battery bar & wifi signal blend into the black frame, so they are barely noticeable.

The paper quality isn't bad, but the product really leaves something to be desired. Definitely would NOT purchase again.

Also, the first 4 pictures in the item description are NOT ACCURATE. That is not what the paper looks like at all.

Cheap product with expensive price tag.
by JustJess (1 out of 5 stars)

This product is cheaply made, flimsy and doesn't look like the picture shown. The cardboard on the back of the pad is thin, which caused the whole thing to get bent and warped during shipping. I was expecting a LOT more the price. Don't waste your money.

Fun gift

I didn't want to spend the money on an actual iPad for my mom for Christmas, but she'll like this "alternative". It's basic pad of paper (3 of them), with an iPad border printed. Only complaints are that the cardboard backing to the pads is pretty flimsy, and it's probably a little more expensive than it should be.

paper ipad
by Jon Bon (3 out of 5 stars)

Just OK. It looks like an ipad however the cardboard backing is way too thin and flimsy. The border needs to be brighter, shinier to complete the illusion.

Good design, but i didn't get as many as was advertised.

" This package contains three pads with 25 pages each." Unfortunately, this statement from the product description was completely false. I received only ONE pad with 25 pages, not the expected three. However, i think they were designed pretty well and do kinda look like an ipad. I mean, if you do a side by side comparison, then you'll notice some discrepancies, but otherwise it is quite convincing.
