Cool Darth Vadar Clock
by Nicole (5 out of 5 stars)
December 26, 2015

My son loves Star Wars. Darth Vadar is his favorite. When I seen this clock I just had to buy. It's an add to the rest of his collection.

I would highly recommend this clock for anyone that's a fan, and likes to add this to their collection.

This clock works perfect. It came with batteries too. It's easy to set the time, and also easy to set the alarm. Just hold the TIME SET button down and push the HR button to set the hour, and the MIN button for the minute. Do the same for the ALARM. When the alarm goes off it makes a beeping noise until you turn it off. If you push down on the head the clock lights up so you can see the time(see picture) in the dark. I also want to add that the arms, hands, & legs move.

Like I said it's very simple, easy to work. Great Lego clock in my opinion.

Cute, fun and functional! Great gift for a clock and lego crazy 6 y/o boy

I got this as a Prime Day deal for my 6 year old who LOVES "Lego guys" and clocks. He was pretty excited about it! It's easy to set, easy to read, and when you push the head the clock is backlit in orange. It's easy to manipulate the arms and legs (though the head doesn't swivel) and fun to position and put where you want it. This is a fun decoration for a kids room (or let's face it - a man cave) and is functional too. The head did pop off once when we first took it out of the box and I thought it was broken, but it went right back on and has been fine ever since.

Not worth it if you need an alarm clock.

This is a cool idea but the alarm is crap. The figure itself is sturdy and stands up on it's own. I agree with other reviewers that it's disappointing that it doesn't play something cool like the Imperial March or Vader breathing instead of the "traditional" alarm beep, but when more disappointing is that it doesn't wake my daughter! It's not loud and doesn't go on long enough to rouse her from sleep. Which is what I bought it for. Really dumb. Kinda wish I had gotten her a regular alarm clock instead. It's pretty much just a toy at this point.

Bedside alarm for any Star Wars / Lego fan
by Sam (4 out of 5 stars)

This would be awesome if it woke you to the sound of the Empire March or something other than "Beep-Beep-Beep", but it is still perfect for the nightstand of any Star Wars and Lego lover.

A simple push of the head snoozes the alarm or lights the back-lighting for viewing the time at night. Settings are simple and intuitive. I do recommend that the figure be "sitting" for best results, as "standing" will typically cause it to be knocked over as you snooze the alarm or bump the table.

These can run as high as $40, so when you can find them for $15, snag the bargain!

Great purchase for grown ups too

I bought the Stormtrooper model 5 years ago in graduate school because I was worried about the power going out and missing class or exams. I think it adds a lovely nerdy charm to my bedroom and is a nice personal touch, even as an adult. The battery has lasted 5 years so far. I also like not immediately seeing work emails when the alarm goes off and bopping the head of a Stormtrooper to snooze. It's a nice way to wake up and start the day.

Self limited alarm--stops on its own
by ILikeBlue (1 out of 5 stars)

I bought this for my 6 year old son who is a pain to wake up. This clock alarm will go off but just stops beeping after a minute or two? So he never even has to get up! What's the point in that??

Good little alarm Star Wars finger
by Dinosaur (5 out of 5 stars)
January 2, 2015

My son loves the little Darth Vader (not as little as a regular lego finger size). I thought it was about two times of the regular size. But it is much "bigger". He made a red light saber for him to hold - the missing symbol of the Darth Vader.

The other suggestion to the manufacturer is the alarm sound - it should be the Darth Vader's Theme - Imperial Match theme that symbolizes Darth Vader. When I & my son heard the regular alarm sound - beep, beep, beep. We are really disappointed. If the alarm sound is downloadable, that would be great.

A really awesome star wars clock!

My 9 yr old grandson abs LOVES this clock and the very first night after he got it set it to go off at 5:30 a.m. the next morning(even tho no one needed to be up THAT early!). Needless to say,my daughter said please re-set my dear. It just does a nice beep beep beep, not any star wars sound which was kind of a bummer for my grand son,but he still loves the clock anyway. Runs on batteries fyi.

Beep is barely audible
by John Stentz (1 out of 5 stars)
September 4, 2017

Opened this today and it seems like the clock works but the beep is barely audible. You have to hold it up to your ear to hear it's faint beep. I put in fresh batteries but the volume didn't change. I don't see any instructions on how to adjust the volume, so it looks like this will be going back. My kids are bummed.
