Buyer Beware

I read the description carefully and knew that there is only one bookmark per order NOT three, but the picture is deceiving--it makes it look like you get three per order. Also, the description reads that bookmark colors are selected randomly--NOT chosen by the buyer, so I called customer service to request different colors. The rep said that she would put in my request. When I received the 4 bookmarks, I got 3 orange and one green. Not enough variety, so I called customer service again. The best that they could do was order another 4 bookmarks for me and send me a return label. The second rep stated that any notations made on the orders CANNOT BE SEEN by someone packing the order. The second order had ANOTHER 3 orange bookmarks and one blue. As I needed 4 bookmarks as gifts for members of my reading group, I kept one blue, one green and two orange and sent the remaining 4 orange back. Leaving color choice up to someone other than the buyer is NOT satisfactory. A lot of confusion ensues causing a lot of frustration. Oh, and be careful how you place this "rubber band" style bookmark on the page. The tension could rip the page. Although this bookmark is a unique gift for a reader, the transaction was a disappointment in customer satisfaction.

Not worth the cost

This item was bought for me as a gift. I think the "title" or "tagline" of the product is a little misleading. When I opened the package, my husband was confused as to why there was only one since it says "assorted colors." When I went back in to look, I did notice at the bottom it stated only one per order, but all the pictures show three. So, I really believe this needs to be updated to show an accurate representation of what we are receiving. Additionally, if there are assorted colors, shouldn't you get to choose which color you want?

As far as the product is concerned, it is cumbersome to use. It messes up the tops and bottoms of the pages of my books, and it also takes more time and effort to get the finger to land where you want it to than just having a bookmark and trying to figure out where you left off. I think the look is really cool, and the idea is really cool, but I don't think I would highly recommend this product.

I hated that my bookmarks would always fall out of my books and leave me looking for my place. I like that this bookmark doesn't do that. The reason I gave it only 3 stars is that it only works on books bigger than standard size paperbacks. It's just too wide to stay on those books.

Don't bother ordering the two pack. You'll only get one of a random color.

Ordered the "assorted colors: pack of two" since it was near the same price of one and my daughter didn't care about what color she got. Ended up getting one. Ordered another with my next order. Again, selecting "pack of two". Once again, only received one.

I love reading and I thought this is pretty cool and neat. But I'm finding it a little hard to stretch and get good placement on my fat hard cover books but that could be that it is new and I haven't worn it in yet and with that in mind once I wear it in will it work the same for my paperbacks we shall see but overall I'm liking it

For someone that reads a lot of mass market paperbacks, this is useless. Wish I'd read the description better. Like another reviewer, I thought they'd be several in the pack.

Bookworm

It's pretty handy. It doesn't fit snugly on my books as I thought it would. I've only used it on paperbacks so far and u have to be careful with it when u put it on so it doesn't bend the pages. But my boyfriend is always trying to steal it from. It's pretty handy knowing where you're spot is on the page.

My wife reads a lot and often times stops in the middle of a page when she is too tired to continue. As many do she can't remember where she left off.. enter the Finger Print. Awesome for her to be able to mark the line she stopped on.

Me on the other hand... I just use my iPad Kindle app... no need for this item.
