For those who say this product doesnt work...you must not be using right. You do have to put on somewhat liberally. I sweat like I have NEVER sweat in my life. Feels AMAZING!! The coconut smells great. The regular scent doesnt smell bad whatsoever. After a shower,my skin feels so soft.

I love sweet sweat and how it works. The product does what it is suposed to do. BUT the reason I give this bottle 3 stars is because it lasted me about 3-4 weeks. The first time I bought this product I bought it in the jar form and that lasted some about 6-8 months. I'm a body builder and I use it daily and not just on my stomach but on my legs, arms and back. I was extremely disappointed that I paid 28 dollars for this. My reasoning for trying it in this bottle was because I wanted a mess free application. I do not recommend buying sweet sweat in this form. Go buy the jar form for just 10 bucks more and more product. I understand that it's less product in this form but you would think for 28 bucks it would at least give you a 3 month supply.

I love this stuff it's been helping me get rid of my muffin top and loose that excess water weight. Of course I drink a gallon of alkaline water a day and I can tell you I've been sweating down to my crutch. I get on the stair master or the elliptical for 30- 60 minutes a day and I am now down 2 dress sizes. If your uncomfortable with sweat and feeling moist then you have to just suck it up and get use to it because it's doing what it's meant to do, sweat! I still have 1/2 a tube this stuff goes a long way but if you want to put it over problem areas consider getting 2.

I bought this for my girlfriend who has been stalking this product for a while. Mind you, she is the type that works out and never sweats, which I find weird lol. Since the day she applied it it has worked as advertised. She sweats like never before during workouts. Dropped 4lbs in a week, I'm assuming water weight. I recommend this to anyone that wants to trim down. It also smells great! I'm even using it myself.

Very happy with this purchase! Works as advertised every time!!! I use it with the sweat belt and I feel the burn as well as excessive sweat within minutes of my cardio!! My best suggestion would be to try it if your in the fence!! Worth the money!!!

Well, this product does exactly what Sports Research claims it will do. It will make you sweat. Before purchasing, I assumed that this would be some sort of magic balm that would speed up my weight loss. However, after using this wonderful smelling sweat stick for a while, I found out that it is only effective in increasing perspiration during workouts. Good thing they didn't advertise this a weight loss product (from what I've seen), because that's what I assumed it was. What was I thinking? However, it is advertised as a workout enhancer, but I guess you should say it's a "sweat enhancer". I know that like most "sweat enhancers", this product contains occlusive moisturizers (e.g. white snow petrolatum and Brazilian carnauba wax) as well as ingredients that are great for hydrating and nourishing the skin. So, by generously applying the sweat stick to the desired area, you can trap in body heat, and this will create more sweat than usual for the area in which it is applied. So, you might lose water weight, but that's about it. Overall, I like the sweat stick because it helps me work up a good sweat around my tummy or the area, I apply it to, but that's about it.

I'm not able to leave a review for the actual waist trimmer, so I will combine both reviews here. I will start with the waist trimmer. I purchased the medium and it JUST fit perfectly (I have a curvy almost hourglass-like figure so sometimes I can be between M and L). I used the waist trimmer alone the first couple days and sweat profusely! I have NEVER sweat on my stomach or love handles that much before. I also noticed my bloating went away - I kept having to pull up my jeans because of it! I know this won't get rid of fat or keep it off because no miracle product like that exists, but this definitely helps with bloating so it DOES slim your stomach down quite a bit. This morning I tried the sweet sweat cream and that made an even bigger difference. My stomach is still looking slimmer and was able to produce more sweat. I also went into the sauna at my gym with it on and it helped a lot! I would say using these products in conjunction with a proper diet and exercise could make you think it truly does get rid of the fat! It certainly makes it appear that way. I love both these products so far and can't wait to see my progress with it in a few months from now
