Mediocre product

First off, the product was not shipped as depicted. I expected the little box with the I-Plunge logo on it. Instead I received two little plastic ziplock bags with Made in China on it. Maybe not seem like a big deal, but the whole point of this gift was the I-Plunge image with the tiny plunger.

The item itself is soft rubber and a little wooden stick. Both do not mate well and on large phones like a Galaxy S3 the rubber does not keep the stick and the phone won't stand up on it's side. Attempting to stand a phone up length wise, whether I-phone or Samsung is futile. The plunger does not have enough resilience to keep either even at a mere 20 degree angle up from the table.

The rubber seems to stick reasonably well to the phone's surfaces as long as it is a smooth surface. Seals pretty well.

Since this is a novelty item, it should be packaged as a novelty item. Without the packaging, it's just not the same. Functionality is limited and item quality is low.

A note on the shipper. This product was ordered before Christmas, expected to arrive just after Christmas, however, the shipper improperly sealed the package and due to the items being small and packaged in plastic zip lock bags, the items were lost in transit. New items were shipped at no costs which eventually arrived on 10 January 2013. Proper packaging would have prevented this from happening. Seller followed through, so compliments there for good customer service.

Tiny, but it works

True, it's very small- but I can put my iPhone 5 in it either vertically or horizontally and it stays upright just fine. I'm kinda obsessed with banana things- doorstop, wine stopper, art prints, etc so this fits right in.

i wanted this for so long to have it work for my phone... prop up to play music. it doesnt hold an android phone with an otter box case, like mine, but will fit my husbands iphone with a thinner case. so disappointed.

This was really cute but it doesn't feel very sturdy and is sort of wobbly. I have it four stars because it's cute and it does work as promised but I don't think I'd buy it again

Too small/light for current phones

This was probably designed back when phones were very small. I put my S8+ on this and it kept tipping over since this holder was so much smaller and too light to hold up the phone.

Didn't realize it was hollow in the middle. The weight of the phone makes it fall backwards. It's funny, but kinda useless.

Cheap...Over-Priced...Doesn't Work Well, But Kind've Cute...

This hefty price tag is for the novelty that it comes in cute packaging, and is suppose to look like a toilet plunger. The truth is, it's VERY over-priced for something that is worth pennies. I bought a few other stands costing almost a 1/3 of the price that works MUCH better. The plunger only stayed on the back of the phone (hard plastic case on the phone) for only a few minutes. This is the type of thing that you DON'T get what you pay for!!!

This doesn't really hold your phone and feels like it should cost 50 cents. I bought it as a gag running banana joke gift though so it didn't really matter!
