It does amplify your music, though it enhances the tinny quality of the iPhone's speakers. If you're wanting to listen to music while you're in the tub and don't want an electrical or bulky device, this fits nicely. It's surprisingly well manufactured for a rubber slip and it's just silly enough to make you smile when you see it. Was surprised to see that thin cases don't have to be removed to use it.

Cheap, so I wanted to try it. It was AMAZING. I work in a kitchen and I usually put my iphone in a bowl to make it louder, it works but it spreads the sound everywhere. This on the other hand directed the music straight to me aaaaand it made the sound louder.. sooo worth it, im just sad I lost it. Even though it is cheap with FREE shipping.. I dnt think I like the almost one month waiting period for it. Lol

Bought three of these as Christmas stocking stuffers. I think they do their job! It does amplify the sound (remember, its an amplifier - NOT A SPEAKER! so it isn't TOO loud) and makes me feel better about not blasting my volume and breaking my speaker. I use it often when listening to music! I recommend it.

I use this little piece of rubber everyday. It's how I wake up in the mornings. I get in the shower with my iPhone stuck in this bad boy. It's makes a really significant boost in volume and 99% sounds great. There are times if the sound is just right that it can be an ear-piercingly high pitch sound. Other than that, it's great. It's perfect for how I use it.

This made my iphone much louder, but came with a considerable loss in sound quality. I sometimes use it when I am away from home and want to share music with friends. It fits nicely in my laptop case too, and makes my phone a bit louder than my laptop.

For how little this cost and that it doesn't require electricity, it's not bad. Amplifies the sound alright, but not quite as much as I had hoped. In a pinch, it's good - easy to pack around with you. But definitely not a replacement for proper speakers.

The horn works perfectly so I have no complaint about if it does its job well or not. My only complaints would be that I could have sworn the picture for this item was very different than what I got and what is represented now. It appeared to look more like a speaker but I can live with that. I also wish it could have been a bit more adjustable to fit around the iphone case but it does bend and is flexible enough if you work at it.

I saw this product at the mall for $30 and was unsure so went home and found it for a few dollars and thought i would give it a try it more than double the sound from your phone with no amp or battery
