Amazing product

I have cystic acne mostly located on my chin and jaw line. As a 32 year old woman I hate this and feel like a teenager. After the first two treatments I noticed a difference. One cyst was just getting started and went away in 2 days and the other I had for a few days before my first treatment and that took an extra 2 days to disappear. This is amazing for me since it usually takes a minimum of 2 weeks for them to go away on there own.

Corroded batteries!

Just received this item..opened the box and the batteries are completely corroded and old. Unusable..when I tried to return, I was told this is not a returnable item.

I have a hormone imbalance, so I get a lot of cystic acne along my chin and jawline, and on the sides of my nose. A new cyst forms about every two days, and takes about 5-9 days to heal, even if I treat it with Benzoyl Peroxide or other topical treatments. I received the Tanda Zap about a week ago, and so far, I am soooo pleased. Each cystic pimple I have targeted has shrunk down considerably within a few hours, or comes to a head right away. Yesterday I felt a huge bump forming on my jaw, and another on my cheek. I zapped each one once, and I woke up this morning with smooth skin in those spots! I am amazed. If you have a full face of acne, (not just 4-5 problem areas at a time) then this method would be quite time consuming. It takes two minutes to zap each pimple, and for best results you have to do it 2-3 times a day. Also, be very careful treating acne near the bridge of your nose or eye area with this product. I accidentally shined the light in my eye for a quick second, and it gave me a migraine. Any longer, and I'm sure it would have not been good for my eyesight. Otherwise, I definitely recommend!

Definitely love this product! I am 30 yrs old and have struggled with acne my whole life...i have tried EVERYTHING. You name it I've tried it to drug store products to dieting to stuff you see online. Chemical peels are something that i've seen work and i love getting facials. I was tired of buying the expensive products and wasting my money and again a product not working on my face. I decided to purchase this product because when i would get my facial they would use a similar device on my face to break the acne inside. I get huge pimples on my chin area. This product works to break down the pimple and with daily cleaning it goes down right away. The next day my pimple wouldn't hurt and i could see it fading after i've used this product. I love my zap and use it when i feel one coming on to prevent it on getting worse. I think this is worth the cost and im very happy with my purchase! Thank you Tanda Zap!!!

Wow, the price has come down! Bought my first Zap from my dermatologist for $50 and it lasted for a couple of years. Called doc to get another and they no longer sell. So glad to find here and for this price! The Zap does work---the slight warmth helps to reduce inflammation. Same concept as a warm compress but easier and much quicker.

I rarely review anything, however for fellow acne sufferers, who tried everything: this device is worth the money. It's not a miracle cure that will make your acne go away, but if you use it on cystic acne or blemishes, it definitely helps to heal them faster or reduce them

I'll preface this review by stating I am a 30 something woman who does not get pimples often and as such, I used this product sparingly. I purchasedd this item three months ago. In that time I've used it at most 30 times. It is already dead. I did feel it may have made somewhat of an improvement on blemish recovery time, when it worked. But the fact that it contained a mere fraction of advertised uses negates any positive attributes the product may possess. I was also using it in tangent with other acne products, so it may not even work as well standalone as I initially thought. Pretty disappointed.

It really seems to help. It's not a miracle, your acne won't disappear but I definitely notice the difference. After I use it, my acne doesn't seem to flare out of control. This tames it. My pimples go down now before they come to a head. I've had no problems with battery life. After each use, take off the cap and you'll have no problems with battery. I got mine 6 months ago and it's still going strong. Cheap too!

Falls apart after a while

Only reason this is 2 star is because the changeable battery operated version of Tanda falls apart after a while. These items really work with acne and I would highly recommend. However get the permanent rechargeable battery version which is more money but worth it.

This works really well for deeper under the skin acne. It helps bring it to the surface so it heals faster. If you are expecting it to get rid of pimples overnight, you will not enjoy this product but I found it was very effective in shortening the amount of time it takes a pimple to heal. I have no issues with the battery/power and have been using it for about 3 weeks. I will be purchasing another when my current one runs out.
