Simple piece but lots of possibilities

I got this for Halloween a few years ago and I'm glad I did. It's super creepy and versatile. I've used it multiple times for different costumes. You can decide where you want to adhere it onto your face and create different illusions/creepy looks. It's always a crowd-pleaser. Get creative with it and the possibilities are plentiful. You don't have to be a make-up artist to make it look great. A little liquid latex goes a long way. Would recommend to anyone looking for a simple way to create a scary costume.

It's workable.

It's workable. The photograph is totally a different piece. The teeth are very tiny and look like they're suppose to have braces maybe. the actually stretched skin part on both sides is a about 1 wide and half an inch height on the left and an inch on the right. I really wanted a bigger cheek tear. It kinda seems like the mouth in the photo does use a large mold of this mouth and additional scabs on the sides. The lip curl isn't as dramatic but it's there. there's a tiny mouth whole but the mouth is so small I cut it up. A LOT OF MAKEUP and paint will be needed to pull this off; it's a start. maybe a lil too pricey for what you have to work with. like, work $6-8, not $11-12.

The product served its purpose, I scared children and adults with this mouth accessory. The only problem I had with it was the glue it came with. The glue was more like Elmer's glue and did not hold at all. I did purchase the spirit gum and that was able to keep it on. The face piece get hot because your breathing into it , there is no openings for air to pass through. Don't expect to eat or drink after its applied. Good for a scare not a Halloween costume at a actual party, it was hard for people to understand me also because my mouth was covered, but overall the reactions from the people that was frightened because of the mouth piece was priceless so I give it 3 stars..

The look of this piece was amazing. We went as Daryl (my 9 year old), Rick (my 5 year old), and me as the little girl from the first episode. The looks we got all night were worth every penny I spent on the item. There's only one thing I can complain about, and it isn't really something that isn't obvious when you buy it. It's impossible to talk when you have this piece glued on, but that's ok because it's really a great piece to round out the entire outfit. Grab an old sleep shirt, an old robe, some fake blood, and a blonde wig and you're golden.

The model in the photo must be tiny--the item is smaller than this picture makes it appear. Also agree with a previous reviewer that the teeth are very small. They each also have a dot of silver paint on them. Why??? Not sure if it is meant to look like saliva??? What it looks like is badly painted brace's brackets with no wires. Otherwise the overall paint job is acceptable but nothing special.The packaging made it impossible to see the entire product without opening it, and it is a serious pain to open. Be aware that the mouth opening is very small. You could drink through a straw, maybe sip a cup very carefully, but don't plan to eat anything.

Too small

I saw a lot of reviews stating the mouth piece was too small, but I bought it anyway hoping it would fit. When it arrived I, sad to say I have to agree with everyone, it is too small. I fit over my face, but the theeth are tiny and would stupid on an adults face. Also, even though there is a slit in the mouth you wouldn't be able to talk of drink without the prosthetic falling off. Don't waste your money unless you are a small person or child!

The item came in early which is always a good thing. It looks pretty darn good.. The only issue I have, is it's way to small for an adult. It will only fit a small child. I wish they had a large one for adults. Otherwise. I have purchased products from this company before and I will purchase more. I knew before buying that it may be to small, but for the price it is no big deal.

This product is horribly misrepresented in the photo. It is tiny, doesn't even cover the mouth. The "teeth" are about the size of a tic tac mint and they are painted silver - not like they are braces just like silver teeth. I ordered this and even paid for 1 day shipping and couldn't use it as it was so awful. I'm certainly glad I didn't go all out and order the outfit too because if it is anything like the make up I'm sure it's horrible as well. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT

Child size?

This is a really small piece and wouldn't work well on larger head/face. If you put it on securely first, you can add some putty and blood to make it look more realistic (if that makes sense?). Good quality, just doesn't seem like it would fit on many adult faces.

Other than not being able to eat, or breathe without condensation inside the mask, it was a wonderful halloween addition. It looked great!
