These came just in time to give out to trick or treaters at Halloween. The problem is that one out of every 10 are dead (dark) and 1 out of every 4 are dimmer. I can't recommend these Lumisticks from this seller. We have purchased about 10,000 sticks over the last many years and this is by far the worst batch ever bought.

Pros: 1) Pretty bright. when they worked. 2) price is decent Cons: 1) too many did NOT work, about 30 or so out of 100 2) connectors are awful! They come in bag, so must be attached, which I can deal with but some connectors were cracked or too wide so they didnt hold ends together. Of 100, at least 20 connectors were useless. Which I guess doesnt matter since many of the sticks didnt work anyway. Not too long lasting, average. Bottom line: Expect lot of around 70 working bracelets, not 100. If that ks works for whatever current price is then its probably a decent purchase. BUt dont expect 100. Also know they are long and fall off easily if worn as bracelet. So if you want something that remains near wrist bracelet style, go with 8".

ZERO STARS- NONE OF THEM LIT UP

I ordered these to give out at a " Trunk or Treat"� event .I put them in EVERY treat bag & once they were given out,I watched as the kids bent them to activate them & NOT ONE GLOW STICK ACTUALLY LIT UP. They would crack , but they were ALL DRIED UP. I called the seller & NEVER received a call back even though their message stated"� we will return your call"� Extremely dissatisfied, waste of my money, & disappointed children. Amazon made me hit a star or it wouldn't submit.

Good for Marking

Another reviewer commented they are not very bright. They're not supposed to be. These are very thin, short bracelets used for marking and for fun; not for night-time reading or use as a light like a full-size glowstick. I use these primarily for safety identification. I'm a firearms instructor, and during night classes students will pull one of these out of their pocket and attach it to various parts of their body prior to walking down range. This is only good for pistol distances; >50'. (We still do a head-count prior to going "hot".) When the range is hot, and everyone is behind the firing line, they take them off and shove them in a pocket to preserve total dark conditions. It is also possible to string several of these together to make a longer necklace, anklet, etc. Also used for kids playing in the back yard. They can have fun with them, and its makes it easier to see where they are. These are not bright enough to act as a safety marker or beacon if you are walking alongside the road at night. If you realize their limitations, you will be satisfied with your purchase.

Bought this for the second time. The first time I bought for one of my daughter's birthday parties and the second for school dance.

They all worked, they are nice and bright! the connectors are a great way to make necklaces and bracelets. The kids love them!

Great Night Collar for small doggies

I use these for my tiny dog, he wears one around his neck for visibility on nighttime walks. The ten inches fits his neck quite well.

I walk him outside of town while the bigger dogs run offleash. (They wear NiteHowl LED collars) These glow bracelets help me not trip on him while hes weaving around my feet and running circles around my legs ugh

just a tip if you need to make the collar a couple inches bigger use airline tubing (for aquariums) or something similar cut to size. instead of the included plastic thingies

We used red, green and yellow glow sticks in a Valentine's promotion at our DJ dance nightclub. Everybody got one to signify their status as taken, available or complicated. Customers were very happy with the glow sticks.

Bought 2 packs of these for the Linkin Park and Friends tribute concert for Chester. Or goal was to give one out to every attendee. We did pretty good. They did their job. Would recommend for any event.

I bought these for a birthday party. 50 of us went to a theater for a concert in Los Angeles and these bracelets helped everyone know who is in our party. Such a great solution! Green is the brightest color too!

Reasonable for $.10/each; use care when opening

I have ordered these twice, to hand out instead of candy at Halloween. Both times they have arrived in a cardboard tube, with plenty of connectors. However, the tube end is poorly closed, usually held on with only a flimsy layer of plastic wrap. Use care when opening, or sliding the sticks back inside, as any impact can trigger the fluid inside.

These are cheap, but when you're buying 100 of them for $10, you need to understand that you are not getting the long-lasting super thick ones you'd be getting if you paid more.

All things considered, I am pretty satisfied with this product.

I love these glowing bracelets!! They were ordered to help set the mood for a birthday party held outdoors at night. When the bracelets were too big for some persons wrist, the solution was just to put two bracelets together to make a necklace. I am happy to report that all the bracelets used activated and glowed beautifully. They glowed the entire night and then some. They were highly effective and at such an affordable price.....I would definitely recommend!! ;-)

These glow sticks come in a cardboard tube to prevent it from cracking. All the connectors are in a little bag, also in the tube. It's great that everything is in one place and you do not have to worry about the glow sticks cracking and glowing inside the tube before you are ready to actually use it. The connects do a great job of holding the bracelets together and you can attach two or more bracelets together with the adapters to make a bigger necklace, belt, etc. The glow time is really good! I've had bracelets still hold their glow into the next night. And the price for this is a lot cheaper than buying them in individual little packs at local stores.

You can kind of tell the different colors before you crack them, so that is good, if you are only bringing out a few at a time. Activating them is super easy - you just bend it through it's whole length and then whip it around a bit and it glows throughout!

One minor gripe, although not really the seller's fault, since I did not read the specs, but at 10 inch bracelet is really big on me, much less my kids, so they slide off easily when trying to wear them as bracelets. However, we just make them into necklaces and wear it like that. Like I said, more my fault for not reading the specifications prior to purchasing.

My little girls were super excited to get this package and last night and even though we were saving it for our upcoming camping trip this weekend we decided to go ahead and open the container to check them out. In the process of opening the container in which they were jammed in there so tightly more than half of them cracked and started to Glow. So now going into the weekend instead of having a hundred glow sticks we have about a quarter of that. The problem is not with the glow sticks because they work perfectly all of last night the problem is with the packaging and how when opening it it causes the sticks to light up. I bought these two last us the duration of the summer not to use for a one night Rave. Incredibly disappointed!
