Works great and holds a decent amount of items.

This product works as described. I bought it to have a small table to keep my phone or remote and it serves its purpose. I was going to drill a hole in the wall but after trying this product I don't have to anymore. It fits decently on the side of the bed. Even if I jumped on the bed the phone or remote did not fall down. I placed a Phone, remote and a pager and they didn't fall out when I moved on the bed and was easily accessible. There is a small lip at the edge which will stop anything from sliding out.

Is it meant for larger objects? No.

If you want a small table on the side of your bed just for a few items, this will do its job.

Pros:

Small

Fits Perfectly and doesn't bend or slide out

Feels very strong

Holds a decent amount of objects

Very Easily Removable and moveable

Cons:

None yet.

Made of Plastic and could break but that's just a prediction and if it does I will update my Review.

Not bad, but not awesome either
by Kate Mahoney (3 out of 5 stars)

I really wanted to buy the Bed Shelfie but unfortunately the rim of the bed frame in the guest room that we wanted to buy this for didn't accommodate it so we had to get this one instead. It definitely works, but it's a little small and definitely looks a little cheaper/tackier than the ones we wanted to get instead. It can hold a phone (iPhone 8 pictured) two remotes and a water bottle, or a water bottle and an iPad mini, or maybe a phone, water bottle, pair of glasses and a book. Unfortuantely it's far too small and flimsy to support my 15" laptop (HP Spectre x360 - see pic). That being said, I don't think it's supposed to be really big. It's no replacement for a real night stand but definitely can hold some stuff and is better than no night stand. It's a great space saver for a guest room. I still would've preferred a nicer looking, non-cheap plastic bed shelf, but because of the type of bed we have, our options were limited. It's ok, but make sure your expectations are appropriately set before you buy this. We're using it with just a regular mattress (no box spring) on top of wooden slats. It stays put very well.

Love my shelf in our fifth wheel bed

Wow, such a smart idea esecially to use in our Fifth Wheel that had no beside shelf. This solved the issue of using the floor or the bed for the phone and remote. Telling other campers at the campground, this is a no brainer

Just what I was looking for
by Keenie Beans (5 out of 5 stars)

I was looking for something that would act like a catch all for everything that I would put down right before falling asleep-- like my glasses, phone, and earrings. Something like my nightstand, but dedicated for all this small stuff. This little shelf does the trick. Its handy and portable. I could fold it up and tote it around when I travel. I love the little notches that keep the wires for my devices from falling onto the floor.

Genius!

Nice and sturdy, doesn't hold much. I had to improvise.

sturdy plastic, the only thing that i didn't like about it that it doesn't really hold much with out things falling off. I zipped a basket to it and now i can stuff it with things without them falling.

does what it says

Pros:
- you can put your phone at arms length
- the little slits are perfect for holding the phone cord so you can reach it easily
- fast shipping

Cons:
- on the flimsy side, I wouldn't put anything more than my phone and tablet on it
- it slides out from under the mattress so I am constantly having to push it back flush with the mattress (I see some comments about "sandpaper" that came with some orders...I was not one of the lucky ones to receive this addition.

While I'm sure it's great for some and it does technically do it's job ...

While I'm sure it's great for some and it does technically do it's job it's just a little too flimsy for my like. I have a very small room and had previously been using my desk chair as a make-shift nightstand and was hoping for something a little closer to a traditional night stand. While it did it's job due to the size of my room it required that I had to remove it and re-set it up every morning and evening. And with my phone and apple watch charging it barely gave me enough room for a single remote.

All in all, it's fine but not great. And a tad too tiny and flimsy,

Not safe for drinks or fragile items
by wheelchairgirl (1 out of 5 stars)

Flimsy and wobbly, not at all safe for a drink or anything fragile. The shelf won't stay level even when everything is still. Movement on the mattress makes it shift and bounce. I shoved it in under the mattress as far as it would go, no luck. Maybe it works if you have a bedpost or headboard, but I don't. Water spill on the bed, phone saved only because the cord slot caught it and it dangled instead of hitting the wall.

If it had worked, I'd have thought it overpriced but okay. Now it's overpriced and a total failure.

Not bad for a basic side table, but not great for long term use.
by ET Barton (3 out of 5 stars)

This is for a thinner mattress. Unfortunately, I have a 10" foam mattress, and so it ends about two to three inches below the edge of my bed. That would be fine for most people, but I like to put my iPad on the table next to my bed so I can watch a show when I'm dozing off, and this is too low to make that possible. Also, the top bends a little far backwards so the table is not 100% level. It's great for small light objects, but you can't really use it for drinks or anything that you don't want to fall of it (like a breakable phone).

Worked on adjustible bed
by THOMAS E MYERS (4 out of 5 stars)

I bought a adjustable bed and when I put the head up to watch TV it pulled me away from end tables that are stationary. This shelf can hold remotes for TV and for bed and my phone not much else. It will not hold a glass of water or coffee but for very light things its great The placement of the shelf on a adjustable bed has to be in the middle of the mattress so when you lift leg or head it doesn't tip
