Do not purchase this product!!!! The art on the mug came off within the first two uses. We were very disappointed. It was given as a Valentine gift, so any warranty offered had expired by the time we used it for the first time.

I ordered this mug as a gift. It came in a crushed box with a ton of yellow packing tape around it in an oversized box with no packing material. My son used it once and the material on the outside came away from the mug and flaked off. We now have just a plain black mug. I wouldn't purchase this product and I wont be ordering again.

Didn't work

Despite being filled with boiling water, the color-changing panel didn't work. I was going to give this as a gift but changed my mind. Buy the actual licensed one with the image on both sides. I have one of Pacman and it works great. I wish I had bought the licensed one instead of this one.

PROS:
- It's a heat reactive Tetris cup!
- Highly detailed.

CONS:
- Don't scrub too hard or you ruin the art.
- Wash it in the dishwasher and say "Bye-bye" to the artwork.

I remember buying this a few years ago and was very dissapointed. First off this is a knock off and not officially liscensed as advertised

Second the quality of the paint and graphic was awful

Finally I paid for a new mug and the one received was damaged and very clearly used and repackaged.

I'm sure there are good ones out there don't buy this one.

Read the review that said scrub gently cuz the design is a bit weak so I did and nothing came off :).

You can see the outline of what's going to come out when heated very clearly.
