I bought this when it was still under 7K in 2012, and I would buy it again at today's price. The best thing about this table: when it's set up as a pool table, NOBODY would ever guess this can double as a (very elegant and stylish) dining room table. When it's set up as a dining room table, NOBODY would guess that a pool table is hiding underneath.

I had to have the installer come back because it wasn't completely level: it was remedied. I would give it 5 stars, but a couple of corners of the (decorative) trim on top don't line up perfectly. This is only visible in the pool table set-up (not dining set-up). For this price, I expected finish beyond reproach.

The system to elevate and lower the table (lower setting for dining, higher setting for pool) is ingenious and close to effortless. Love this table.
