I bought two of these (without the LEDs) to test them out because we have the perfect area in our pool for seating. Two weeks in, we love them. They are easy to move when cleaning the pool, they have not formed any algae inside like others have mentioned, and the hardest part was filling the weight with sand. We've been really happy with the stools and want to get two more.

These are awesome! Perfect for lazy days with a cold beverage in the water! There is an internal jug that is recommended to fill with sand...we just use water and it makes them easier to move around! Love them!!!

So I bought 1 of these & like all the comments had said....was hard to fill. Really can't use a small funnel as the rocks from the sand plug up the holes. So I liked the stool so much that I purchased another. This time I used a beer pong funnel that my daughter still had here from her college days lol! FAR EASIER filling. But what they need to do is put a larger mouth on the jug that holds sand!!!

I was extremely happy when purchased not one but 2 of the stools and excited to set them up. Unfortunately I didn't take into account the slops on both shallow ends of our pool. Because of the slops, we are unable to place the stools close to the edge of the surface nor are we able to sit upright on the stools. Regretfully I see no alternative but to return both of them.

Received the pool stool quickly & in perfect condition. I don't have a pool yet so I can't vouch for it's operation in the water, but as an outdoor stool/table it's really nice. The light must be removed from the inside of the stool to charge, which I guess is a necessity, but it's kind of a pain to unscrew the stool and get it out. The light has remained charged now for about 6 weeks. I've probably had it on for a total of about 15 hours, so I'm fairly happy about the light battery life. The colors are great. Remote works well, but the range is only about 4-5 feet at best. The stool is white. I think it would be more attractive (and show dirt less) if the stool was clear rather than white, but I'm just being picky. All in all I'm very happy with the pool stool. I got it a good bit cheaper ($239 w free shipping) on Amazon than it is being sold for through some high end catalogs. I was happy with the price, and with the seller who I purchased from. Now if the price would go down about another $100 I would buy another one.

Initially I was confused about how to turn it on. Nothing in the box tells you that you have to unscrew the stool to get to the directions, and to get to the light for charging. Oh, and one last thing, as far as I know, the only way to turn the light on is with the remote, so if you lose it or break it you are out of luck.

This worked great cor our pool party....i should have bought 2 or 3 but will for next summer. Agree with comment tje cap on the inner bottle could be better made...item is also pricey for what it is...
