Great Batman mask!

I wanted a blue mask that looked like this one. I couldn't find one so I bought this mask and painted it blue.

It was a little big for my small 7 1/4 size head. I used some socks carefully placed flat in the back of the mask to make it fit tighter.

At our church Halloween party kids said, "It's the real Batman!" So I felt like it was worth 5 stars.

As someone with a 7-3/4 head, pushing 220 lbs at 5'10", this mask is a bit tight. First thing to note is the velcro in the back tore before I even put the mask on. Reinforce that. Secondly, I recommend punching small holes into the side where your ears are otherwise you won't be able to hear very much. I also found myself enlarging the nose holes so I can breathe.

That being said, this is one of the best looking masks that you can get. It's extremely durable and looks exactly as it should to be the Dark Knight. People are correct, you are going to sweat involuntarily. I wore this in Minnesota on few very cool evenings and still sweat because the mask doesn't breathe.

If your head is 7-5/8 or greater, I do not recommend this. The mask will split after a few uses. I just purchased my third replacement...

This is why I love feedback! The reviewers nailed this one as great! I had also bought (shipped together) '15" Tall Male Mannequin Head Plastic Grey (50013)' and it was a perfect combination. This is for the money one of the best cowls I have seen and I was proud to present it as a birthday gift. I also bought a Licenses Products DC Comics Batman Logo Sticker' to stick on base of head. There were a couple of very small bumps on top of head but I turned it inside out and came up using a grater to file (carefully) off. That is just me because I am a perfectionist...

I bought this a while ago and use it for public appearances on a regular basis. It's held up great and if you know how to adjust it and add some sponge foam, it fits my big head great.

There is one thing wrong with this mask. Cant be changed, it's just the way it is. It's hot inside there! Plus I live in Phoenix. It's not a breathable material and there's no way to fix that without messing the mask up so still 5 star. Looks great and straps tight to the head. I have a medium size head and works great for me.

Batman's weakness is crunchy

Velcros in the back, so it's more or less adjustable. I actually used black grease paint around the eyes to complete the look. Only two complaints: 1. It gets hot in this thing. I wore it to the party, took a couple of pictures, and then took it off for the rest of the party, but it's a rubber mask. It's to be expected. 2. You never know how many noises your head lets out until you wear a mask that completely covers your ears. Eating tortilla chips in this thing is a bad idea! Maybe earholes would fix it, but I understand why they don't manufacture it with earholes. At the end of the day, this exact mask retails at $35 in every Halloween shop and comes way cheaper from Rubie's. I can't recommend it enough.

Perfect! blew a balloon up inside a few days before Halloween. Used a dryer with the balloon inside when I first took the mask out of the package. It fixed all the imperfections. Just be careful not to sit the dryer in the same spot for to long as the mask can melt!

It came damaged (torn), was bent out of shape, and fit really loose. I think I have a fairly averaged sized adult head but this was just too big and moved around too much causing the you not to be able to see.

I put some balled up newspaper in there for a couple of days but it still wouldn't take the correct shape.

The tear wasn't too bad that I attempted to keep it as this was ordered a few days before a Halloween party, but unfortuntely nothing worked and I had to revert to a plastic mask from a local party store.

Good fit but not as picture shows

Fits my head perfect which is key HOWEVER this photo for the description makes it look like it will have a base that covers the traps and top chest, it does not. It will cover your head and also your neck but it stops there. For me this was big because I bought it needing the extra coverage but it does fit my head good.

Looks terrific -- much better than those masks that clip on or have a string. I got a lot of compliments during Halloween. The mask is quite large. I know this because I have a notoriously big head, but the mask actually fit me very well, so it must be quite large. FYI it gets quite hot/sweaty when wearing the mask since the material is not breathable, but being the caped crusader is not easy.
