The first image I seen before purchasing this item showed the soap as white and red marbled like bacon. Then after I purchased the item the image showed the soap pink. This was very disappointing! I had to give my husband pink soap. It does smell like bacon though!

At the bar, sitting with friends... lonely army guy nursing a beer leans over, sniffed me loudly, smiled big and said "You smell like home."

So bacon soap + cotton candy perfume = hot southern guy talking to you.

Pink Bacon?

I bought Bacon Soap as a gag gift for my boyfriend, since he and I both like bacon! When I got it, I was really impressed with the shipping, since it arrived two days before I expected it, and the packaging looked perfect! The tin was sealed with plastic, so I didn't want to open it and it looked so great. I gave it to my boyfriend and he laughed, marveled at the tin, and cracked open the plastic. We were both excited and thrilled that it smells just like bacon, but it was pink... And not a dull, red and white marbled pink, but almost a bright, glaring pink found only at Victoria's Secret!!! It was really disappointing, especially since it smelled so real!

Oh well, my boyfriend and I both took a shower with it, and cracked up the whole time because the entire upstairs smelled like bacon! It was hilarious and a great surprise, but seeing that bright pink bar of soap was a bit of a damper on the whole thing!

I bought this for my nephew for his birthday bc he loves bacon. Its a smoked bacon scent so it mostly just smells like soapy smoke. With a slight hint of immitation bacon bits

This is a fun little "gag gift". Manly soap is hard to come by, haha, so it's fun to give a silky gift like this every once in awhile. The tin it comes in is really fun with its vintage look. Doesn't really smell as much like bacon as I thought it would. I think if you're gonna use bacon smoke it should be "all out", but that's my only criticism.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas as a surprise little extra. The tin is really nice and the soap does smell like bacon! It also has a clean smell mixed in. After my husband showered with this soap, or bathroom smelled like bacon! He says it lathers well.

I bought one many years ago that was fine but the one I got just a few days ago from here was all dusty. It went up my nose when I opened container and I wasn't too thrilled about that. The previous one I bought at a store was a lot fresher.

This is a nice feeling soap, and the container it comes in is a nice metal tin. It smells less like bacon and more like liquid smoke, but that's not the worst thing ever.
