We gave this item as a birthday gift and the 8 yr. old girl loved it. She said the ice cream sandwiches they made were the best she had ever had because she got to choose the ingredients she put together.

Bought this easy to store and use smile-maker for my grandchildren's visits. It's a hit! You can whip it out on the spot and make instant ice cream sandwiches out of almost any cookies (soft ones are best for cutting), cakes and ice cream you have around--with the children's help, of course. Soften the ice cream a bit, first, and put the finished sandwich in the freezer to refreeze for just a few minutes before eating. Can't wait to try it with lunch sandwiches, so thanks to one reviewer for that suggestion.

We love these! I use them to make mini ice cream sandwiches for my toddler and she just loves the shapes. Very easy to use and easy to clean.

So, I saw this and decided "Hey! I totally want to spend a lot of time baking like 100 cookies and using these awesome things to make neat little ice cream sandwiches!!"
So that is the reasoning behind purchasing these after 2AM one night. I have to say, it was totally worth it! I highly suggest buying this at a regular time during the day so you will remember why you bought them or that you even bought them in the first place.

These are great. We purchased them for our daughter's birthday and she really liked them; so do I. She has made us ice cream sandwiches with both brownies and cookies. They work very well and clean up is easy. If someone in your family likes to bake and if you like to eat ice cream sandwiches, this is a must have item.
