Worked great on my Adidas Ultra Boosts & Nike Flyknits!
by Dylan B (5 out of 5 stars)

I've never written an Amazon review before, but I was so pleased with this product that I felt I needed to. I'm a self-proclaimed sneakerhead and own many pairs of Primeknit Adidas and Flyknit Nikes, Roshes, Vans etc., my most recent pick up being a pair of all white Adidas Ultra Boosts. I'm very anal when it comes to keeping my sneakers clean but I do enjoy wearing them as often as possible. After a night out wearing my Triple White Ultra Boosts I noticed that I had several black and brown marks on them which mortified me, so before I even made it home I ordered this cleaning kit. When it arrived I used the kit and it worked wonders! The Ultra Boosts looked good as new! After this first success, I decided to use the cleaning kit on the rest of my sneakers and it worked great on every single pair. HOWEVER, AND I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, DO NOT USE THE INCLUDED BRUSH ON ANY ULTRA BOOSTS, PRIMEKNITS, OR FLYKNITS!!! It is far too course and will ruin the material! You need a finer brush, I used a nail brush and it worked perfectly, only use the included brush on the midsoles of your sneakers, or any stronger material that is not knit. With all of this said I have now run out of the cleaning fluid and definitely will be buying more!

Find a different seller.

Product is fine, seller offered zero compensation for damaged product stating "Unfortunately, we do not have any extra brushes that we can send out. The brush should work perfectly fine and achieve the same high standard of cleaning."

Appreciate it...

I have never wrote a review on a product before but I have to warn others about this cleaner. I used these on my white Nike Free Runs & on my white vans, this product completely stained them yellow. Don't not buy this product.

Great but need diff brush for cotton mesh

Great product as far as cleaning goes but really wished they detailed the fact that the brush that comes with the kit isn't good for cotton mesh. I realized this after I scrubbed my Adidas Ultra Boosts. It compromised the cotton mesh.... also not good for Nike FlyKnits. To wash these shoes you need to order their Premium Brush separately which is softer and made for leather, suede and cotton mesh. The brush that comes with the kit is good for soles mostly, rubber, plastic but not sensitive materials.

Incredible!

My husband and I were heading out the door and I decided I needed to clean my shoes quickly. In under 1 minute, I did just that. I hardly spent any time scrubbing. This cleaner is awesome! I scrubbed my shoes, rinsed off some of the bubbles, and wiped them dry with a paper towel! Definitely a great find!

Did an *alright* job at getting out stains but the brush destroyed my nmds. Mesh frayed everywhere despite the label saying it was safe to use on cotton mesh

This stuff is great! I had a pair of suede shoes that got water damage on one shoe, very bad and it sat for months because I didn't know what to get, i was worried everything would just make it worse. I followed the direction and had to do it about 3 times (clean and dry each time) but they look amazing. After they dried overnight for the final time I went over them with a dry towel and the suede returned to it's nice condition again. this is truly an amazing product. I am buying more to have on hand.

Cleaned well, but nothing impressive.

Bought this because it seemed to be highly rated. Had a few set of sneakers that I really wanted to clean up. After using the Jason Markk kit, some of my shoes did look nice and clean. But after comparing them to shoes that I cleaned with a mild detergent (Dawn) and water, the results were about the same. In fact, there were no stains that the soap and water couldn't handle as easily as the Jason Markk kit. There were a few deep scuff marks on some of my shoes and a few mystery stains that I tried to clean with both soap and this kit, and they both seemed to fail and win equally. Starting to think this kit is overpriced. Probably cheaper to use detergent and water. At least you can wash other things with your detergent, and you get more of it, and it's cheaper! Sorry Jason Markk, not impressed.

Don't fall for the hype! Might just be SOAP AND WATER....
by The Chino (3 out of 5 stars)

I been a sneaker head for many years. My go to method for cleaning shoes has always been Dawn Dish soap /+ detergent/baking soap. Recently I decided to test out Jason Markk and see what the hype is about.

After following their instruction and testing on multiple pair of shoes, my feeling is mixed. It does clean sneakers but not as well as it do in their videos. Definitely not back to crystal white as show on their videos. I felt the results after cleaning were not much different than me using soap and water. It removes some dirt and minor stains but soap and water will get you the same result. Areas where my soap and water method can't clean, the Jason Markk wasn't able to clean it too. The brush that came with the set was fine, its made of plastic and soft. For the price they were charging, they could have throw in a boar hair brush or something.

I paid around $24 after taxes for this product and I felt I overpaid. I can almost guarantee you that you won't be able to clean 100 pair of shoes with this. I cleaned 12 pairs (didn't even clean the bottom soles with this) and about 20% of the bottle content is gone.

Shoes cleaned with:
1)Common Project
2)Ultra Boost
3) Yeezy 350
4) Nike Zoom Pegasus Turbo
5) Epic React
6) Clarks boots (I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT ON THESE SUEDE MATERIAL)

Nice smelling shoe soap
by pfictionfan4life (5 out of 5 stars)

I like the smell, it reminds me of a classic clean soap smell.

Works well on white shoes. I recently got some Reebok Classic white sneakers and of course the second you wear them they get dirty. So I make it a habit of scrubbing them after each wear to keep them sparkling.

This does a great job at cleaning.

What do:
1.) dip brush in warm bowl of water.
2.) put 4 or 5 drops of soap in the brush.
3.) circular scrub motion on the dirtiest spots
4.) let sit for 3-4 minutes to soak into the dirty surface
5.) resume scrubbing in small circles to get into the dirt.
6.) take a wet paper towel and wipe off the surface.

Repeat steps 1-6 as needed.

If it's a significantly dirty shoe I'll rinse out the brush and replace water if it gets too dirty.

I did try this soap on my really old runboost Adidas. They have a sort of soft foam sole and the dirt didn't come out perfectly it's not "brand new" looking but it did brighten up the shoes quite a bit so I was happy with that.

It can only do so much, it doesn't contain harsh chemicals like bleach so don't expect perfect whites coming from 10 year old shoes with baked in wear and discoloration.

It did a good job on the mesh upper of the adidas as well which was more than I was expecting.

My fave part is still the nice clean smell the soap has.

Overall 5/5 stars.
