REVERSED IMAGE of ACTUAL MOON!

Beware, the image is reversed from real life! For $7.28 I expected this moon night light to at least represent the actual image of the moon, not a reversed image, especially when their own description states "Realistic 3D printed photo of the moon". My wife spotted the backward image first and that sent me off to reference materials to check to see if she was right. Sure enough the image is reversed.

The subtle, sexy glow that this pizza nightlight shines transcends space and time. Sure, it might make me hungry everytime I go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, but I find the pros to significantly outweigh the con.

Pleasant yellow glow

Gave as a gift, the recipient was quite amused & pleased! Gives off a nice warm yellow glow. Perfect for late night trips to the bathroom, especially because it has an on/off switch. Never again to be blinded by having to turn on the main bathroom light.

I use this in the bathroom to avoid turning on the regular (read: TOO BRIGHT AT 3 AM) light at night, and against a white wall, it's effectively bright enough to dimly light the bathroom, while also being gentle enough not to destroy my retinas in the middle of the night. The image of the moon is why I wanted this, and I'm not disappointed in the least. This would probably be a great gift for your local astronomer (of any age) or anyone with an interest in cool household stuff.

Super cute nightlight! I have been wanting this nightlight for awhile and finally got it when the price went down to 5 bucks! I was surprised by how bright it was! The plastic isn't very thick so it could probably break easy but it does what it's suppose to do and I would definitely buy it again!

Not sure why there are so many complaints about a $6 nightlight. It's plastic. It lights up. It was only $6. What more do you expect? I would suggest getting an LED lightbulb for it as the one it comes with is way too bright and very hot. It this is for a baby/toddler room you won't want it to be hot for obvious reasons. Other than that it's cute! I put it in my kids' bathroom. I have the moon one as well and I think it's an adorable addition to the nursery.

It's rather bland

I didn't have very high expectations from reading previous reviews, but it is honestly just "Meh." I ordered the moon one because I'm a huge fan of the moon and it matches the bathroom theme. As far as nightlights go it's really lackluster. First, as stated before the moon piece is just a thin piece of plastic so light can pass through for the illuminated moon effect. It doesn't seem very sturdy.

More importantly, the first thing I did was go out to buy an LED light because after just the 45 seconds I plugged this in to check it out the light it came with was already getting hot to the touch. I keep house for some cats so I trust nothing that gets hot and is close to some plastic... or anything else. Unfortunately the LED light is pretty dim so it doesn't even give the illuminated moon effect, so I might look for some other type of light to put in there.

Also, this isn't light sensing- you either turn it on or you turn it off. It was quite cheap so I'm not expecting anything awesome but when it comes down to it I'd rather have something awesome. I couldn't seem to find any really amazing moon nightlights though. Before the bathroom just had a plain square light sensing LED nightlight so this is at least more interesting than that and I'll likely keep it until I find something more exciting.

Good themed nightlight

My daughter really likes this nightlight, enjoys everything celestial. It has a "natural finish", not shiny.
