Illumivor Radio Controlled Mecha-Shark. The Illumivor Mecha-Shark is a light-up R/C toy from Skyrocket Toys. This radio-controlled shark features animated chomping teeth, a moving tail, and ominous shark sound effects. Extend the antenna on your Shark Fin Controller and turn on the toy. In the dark, the glowing features, glowing teeth, red eyes, and the neon blue outline of the shark, come to life. The animation works like a traditional neon sign as the lights appear to move between different tubes on the body of the shark. With the controller, you can make the shark move forward, backward, left and right as well as go into attack mode. In attack mode, the shark will start chomping its teeth and swiftly moving its tail back and forth.

Disappointing

I am not at all pleased with the Illumimvor Shark. My grandson begged for this toy for an entire year but it lasted only days before it seemed to freeze in one direction and only turn basically in a circle. Very poor quality on the steering mechanism. It continues to light up and make sound but has lost it's appeal.

Purchased this for my nephews birthday, he was going to turn 4. He loves sharks and I thought he would enjoy it. Turns out he and his 5 year old brother spent most of the evening trying to take over the remote and fighting over it. One slight drawback... It requires one 9 volt and six AA batteries that are not included. According to my brother they play with it so much he has had to replace the batteries already. He complains that batteries can be expensive. He is cheap though. :)

Goes fast, looks scary, can't swim

Got this for a 7 year old who has been infatuated with sharks for over half his life. When he first saw it he was awestruck. Took it home and played with it immediately. Up front the controls took some getting used to, but he was able to pick them up quick enough. He has sharks, and he has toys that drive or fly, but the menacing blue glow at night added quite a bit of wow factor for him. Unfortunately this shark met an untimely demise when his young mind rationalized that sharks live in the water... he steered it right into the pool for a mid-day swim. Made sense once we looked at the world through his eyes. Overall, he had a lot of fun with it.

Very easy to use, Bright lights never dim, very durable, Remote control reaches a long ways, loud chomping sound effects!! There is nothing bad that I can say about this Remote control shark its top of the line all the way!!

This remote control shark made one really happy boy this Christmas! All I can say is AWESOME! We purchased the pirannah also and operating both at the same time didn't work. I'm thinking they run on the same frequency because the shark kept attacking the pirannah. But all in all they are very cool and I'm thrilled with my purchase. Delivery was right on time and price was great!

my grandson loves this , my hubby and I loved it too moves fast very cool toy . this company makes a piranha too that's next . took this toy out in public people were taking pics and raving about it . we are the talk of the town lol !

It reminds me of my nephews Traxxas remote control cars. Of course not as quick but price is alot less too. Steers well. Will do very good at our Jaws movie night.
