Please take a look at all photos. I thought I was purchasing a bottle cap that looked like antique pewter shown in the first photo. I expected it to be cheap looking because of the amount I paid. I received the item shown on other photos that was shiny metal and looked really, really cheap. The box is shown in one of the photos. Even though I received the item in a shipping box, the tip of the bottle cap was broken, even though it was in a plastic bag in the item's box. If you are OK with shiny metal and are handy with super glue, this product is for you. Not worth sending it back. I'll fix it the best I can, but am disappointed.

So my boyfriend mentioned that he would really like a stein for our anniversary. Well I went looking through Amazon and Etsy and didn't really find any that I liked. He does like drinking Smirnoff so I figured this would work instead of an actual stein. He got a big kick out of it.

The only down side is that its a little difficult to drink with it attached to the bottle. Its the only reason for the four stars instead of the five. Good quality product, well made. Doesn't fall apart. Good seller. Just a little difficult to drink from the bottle with the lid attached to it.

I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of this little beer bottle stein lid! I bought it as a stocking stuffer for my husband. When he grills outside, he likes to have an adult beverage but is always covering the top of the bottle with foil to prevent any bugs from also enjoying his beverage. We grilled out some amazing steaks on Christmas Day and he used his stein lid, it worked PERFECTLY! These would be an adorable part of a groom's gift too! Very impressed!

This doesn't fit every beer bottle. I bought this for my boyfriend'a Christmas stocking as a joke. We went to Oktoberfest in Germany and I thought it would be cute but he couldn't get it on the bottle. Fun idea though.

My family is of German ancestry (on Mom's side). As a fun gift for my brothers and I, I bought 3 of these. They seem fine and should actually keep the darn yellowjackets from swimmimg in our beer bottles.

good idea, I like to cover my beer when I'm outside so no curious bugs go for a swim but this doesn't really sit that well on certain bottles of beer specially the ones I drink I guess. I'll stil use it though great novelty item or conversation starter at a party

I am very disappointed with this purchased. The photos on this article are from different products and was fouled by them. The product is low quality made of cheap flimsy metal bends with little force and the screw holding them together is very fragile. I went to Munich and this dose not compare to the original ones they sell. Would not recommend this product. Do not throw away your money.

Fun little item, great conversation starter and useful when you have that one annoying friend who get drunks and tries to make you beer exploded by tapping it. Seems to be a decent contraction, has made it through several parties now and been passed around quite a bit. Mine had come in slightly bent, but was easy enough to straighten out.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for a friend of mine that likes his beer! It was a gag gift, and it fulfilled its purpose. This is actually fairly heavy duty, very detailed in the design, and was a funny gift.
