Cool idea, poor execution

Picked up one of these for my teen son's Easter Basket and he loved it...at first! It really is an interesting idea- every time the ball was squeezed, it would pop out in all directions from the netting. It was a bit calming and a bit gross at the same time, which is perfect for a teen boy!

Unfortunately, the ball didn't last more than 2 hours before the netting came undone at the top. It looks like they simply glue the netting into the plastic topper, which will NOT hold if anyone squeezes it more than a few times. Once the netting was undone there was no way to get it back into the plastic topper. Plus you could no longer squeeze the ball because it would just pop out of the open netting.

Thank goodness Amazon has a great return policy- we sent it back and got our $ promptly.

Clever idea, cheap construction. Lasted exactly one day before it exploded all over my teen and his desk. While it was mostly for novelty, he does use stress balls for anxiety. He's bummed, I'm bummed. And out the price of this.

Cool toy, but didn't last long. Once squeezed weak spots occur and finally pop allowing interior gel to ooze out. Ultimately, left to throw it out.
