I was so so SO excited about this product, and I'm sitting in the airport right now, RIGHT NOW, waiting for my flight that's been delayed two hours, I have a 11 hour flight ahead of me, and guess what.... THERES A LEAK. It won't stay filled. I'm going out of the country for over a month, so of course now I can't even return it within the 30 day period. It suffices to say that I would not buy this again, had it worked, it would have been awesome, but I wasted money, and now I'm pissed and won't be sleeping on my 11 HOUR RED EYE FLIGHT. THIS PRODUCT IS TRASH.

I like the concept. Being inflatable, I can decompress it and store it & transport it in the bag it came in. That's better than having to save space in my baggage for a full-size neck pillow. But we'll have to wait and see how durable this solution is. I don't like that you can't unzip it, extract the bladder, and throw it in the wash. Instead, you have to hand wash - that's going to get annoying as I wash it after each use in a public place like on an airplane. It's not quite as large as I thought. I have a large-ish head and I can just barely get the front of the hoodie to pull down over my eyes when I want to cut out the light and sleep. Big heads may want to look elsewhere or the manufacturer may want to offer a couple of sizes. I noticed that having the pillow around my neck and the hoodie up over my head made me uncomfortably hot in some flights. Obviously, on a colder flight I'd be thrilled at that. So it made me kinda wish the hoodie could detach (for warmer flights) and re-attach for cooler. I can't say much about its durability as I haven't had it long. Seems ok for now.

Amazing product. I have tried so many different kinds/styles of beck pillow and never found one that I liked until now. It is super comfy. You can inflate it to the size you want. So if you like it more firm just blow it up more, or if you like it more squishy let a little air out! It also folds up nicely for storage. Fairly large hoodie. Wish it was a tad bigger but I am fighting with a pony tail and glasses to get around and it almost fits.

One of the best neck pillows I've owned. Inflatable so yoi can alter the firmness, and the soft hood is great to pull up for privacy, to keep you warm, and to oull over your eyes to sleep... Been using this for travel but even more at home.

Best In-Flight Nap Ever

I recently bought 2 of these since my husband and I are going to be traveling a lot. I absolutely love it! It inflates pretty quickly and it's nice that you can adjust the firmness of it to your liking. After inflating i found that if i press the nozzle all the way in it was a little difficult to get back out, so i just leave mine out all the time. My favorite part is the hoodie, it's so nice to not only have a neck pillow, but to be able to cover your eyes as well. My husband says i look ridiculous when i have it pulled all the way closed, but i'm the one who got a great nap on the plane while he was tossing and turning since he wouldn't use his. It's super soft just like your favorite hoodie on the inside, perfect for a quick in-flight nap. It also is nice to be able to deflate it quickly when the flight is over and it folds pretty small so you can put it in your carry-on and not have to have a bulky pillow hanging off your purse or luggage.

Best idea I had to buy this. It blocks out the light on flights and car rides. It fits as tight as you wish around your neck by adjusting the hood ropes. Felt extremely comfortable although may look a little silly. Slept over 5 hours on a international flight.

Enjoyed the hoodie part of the travel pillow and the fact that it can be deflated because I have lost so many travel pillows and this was easy to tuck away and keep it safe! It is soft, warm, cozy and does cover over ones eyes therefore not needing an eye mask for sleeping. Only negative things I have to say about this product is that it was a bit difficult to blow up and I wish it could have some type of button on the front part to snap close and stay in place.

One of the best neck pillows I've owned.

Inflatable so yoi can alter the firmness, and the soft hood is great to pull up for privacy, to keep you warm, and to oull over your eyes to sleep... Been using this for travel but even more at home.

Amazing product. I have tried so many different kinds/styles of beck pillow and never found one that I liked until now. It is super comfy. You can inflate it to the size you want. So if you like it more firm just blow it up more, or if you like it more squishy let a little air out!

It also folds up nicely for storage. Fairly large hoodie. Wish it was a tad bigger but I am fighting with a pony tail and glasses to get around and it almost fits.
