I bought a couple of these nifty plates as hostess gifts to have on hand. I gave the first set to my mother-in-law, recently, when she had us over and she was tickled by them. They're very sturdy, cute, and quite the novelty. I love that your wine glass can hang/rest on your plate.

That they can't show someone using this in real life troubles me. Do all wine glasses fit snugly? Do they wobble? What does the surface of the plate actually look like?

Small and slippery

I love these in theory. I'm a huge Fred fan and not only own tons of Fred goodies, but give them as gifts. I was caught up in the cuteness and did not read the dimensions. They are really small. With a glass in the hole you can barely fit 2 crackers on the plate. They are very flat and glossy so not easily held. I will keep them to use on the buffet for either cheese or decorations, but just cannot be used for the intended purpose.

Good quality, I like that the surface is not glossy; good size, not too small, not too big..
