This item works quite well in my kamado grill and allows one to prepare a large quantity of stuffed jalapeño peppers when entertaining friends. It can also be used as a trivet on the table to hold a hot dish of food.

This thing is great! We rack at a grocery store, but it didn't have handles. When it came time to get another one, I saw this one and knew I had to get it. I wasn't disappointed: The spacing is good for average-sized jalapeno's, it's sturdy, you don't have to worry about folding legs and the handles help tremendously when taking it off the grill. I'd definitely buy again.

It arrived very quickly and is very sturdy. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to roast peppers. The handles are a good thing to have.

Well built, but design needs improvement

I like the idea of this product. In practice it leaves something to be desired. Previously we seriously improvised our pepper grilling with strategically placed toothpicks.

The problem with the function of this roasting rack is that the peppers shrink as they lose fluid and they then slip through the holes and into the fire your BBQ. Ultimately we will still have to utilize strategically placed toothpicks.

The plus side of this grill is that it has handles, which you would think is a logical feature, but a lot of the other pepper roasting racks do not have them.

In the future I will keeping my eyes open for a rack that has mesh or a wire rack underneath each hole.
