The suit would have been fine except the material on the foot portion started to come apart when I JUST TRIED IT ON. The Velcro messes it up if it touches it - even just a little bit. As well, I sent the same info to the seller and I haven't heard anything so that also makes me rate it low. The product would be useful - I would just get one with better quality.

I loved the idea of the suit, less so the price, but I gave it a try anyways.

Pros: Does what it advertises, provides movement resistance for arms and legs.

Cons: Price- It's clear the cost of the materials used is significantly less than MSRP

Takes a lot of effort to get set up. Ruins your motivation and workout flow

A lot of the movements are awkward, and many combinations of extensions with weights are impossible due to the cords.

Extra resistance sold separately, and the baseline resistance bands are not a huge challenge.

I ended up selling this to a rehab patient for a substantial loss, and would recommend anyone looking to amp up their workout to simply buy some much cheaper free weights or weighted anklets/gloves etc.

Very over rated. Honestly you could do the same workouts and resistant training with cheaper old fashion bands. Would I recommend this product "no" for hard core gym rats, as for the beginners it may fit your preference.

This equipment seems to be made ok but it's functionality is horrible. you can do many other things to substitute training with the suit and get better results. Don't forget to look at the return policy they want a 25% restocking fee YIKES!!!

Its a cool concept but it is very difficult to set up, difficult to use, very expensive and all and all just not worth the money. Save yourself the time and the money and just avoid this one.

I would give this five stars, but the chafing is near the back of my knees was unbearable. Also, started getting it in my elbow area too. I'm 140lbs 66" so not a big guy to begin with. It's a great tool for HIIT.

Great training tool. Perfect for many styles of various exercises. Good for working on a punching bag so you can improve your speed and get conditioned at the same time. Pretty much a multi purpose training tool to improve skills in many different areas of sports!!!! :)
