Who knew something as simple as a door stop could be so adorable? AND it works great! Something is wrong with the way the door on the bedroom in my new (Technically, OLD) house hangs, and it always swings to almost shut. One good breeze thru an open window, and it slams shut, locking my cats in (or out) of the bedroom. But have had NO problems since I got this, AND it's so FRAKKIN' CUTE! I have it toes up, so it's functional and whimsical.

I have low shag carpet, with a pretty standard clearance beneath the door, and it works great. The rubber that the item is made of provides excellent traction against it sliding across the carpet.

We have two of these (purchased at different times, but they match) at cat shoulder spacing, holding a pocket door closed, with a cartoonish bubble that says "meow!" between, made by one of our sons. The cats (so far) have been too dumb to figure out that they need to take out both of them at the same time to gain access to the room of their dreams. Meanwhile, we enjoy the joke at the expense of our furry friends.

It's just a matter of time.

i was so disappointed that this little door stopper did not work. it's adorable and i had high hopes! i bought one for my laundry room door (it has a linoleum floor) and one for my daughter who has hardwood floors. the paw is not high enough and the door goes right over it. doesn't work at all. waaaaaah.

Cute but Small

One of our cats has a habit of locking herself in our bathroom so I bought this to keep the door open when we're not in the house. Unfortunately our door is a bit too high for this so it swings right over. It's still super cute and I found another way to use it so it still does what I want, but I think it would be better if it were bigger.

It's really cute and the quality is really high, looks like a little paw stuck in the door. Only draw back was for my door it was too thin, had to tape a piece of wood to it to keep it from the door shutting. Could be just my door though maybe if you had a smaller gap it will work better.

This paw is adorable. I needed a door stop but didn't want something that was ordinary and would stand out in an ugly way. Being that I have 2 cats this was just purrfect!! It's made out of rubber and on the other side the paws are painted pink...too cute!

Cute idea : makes me laugh, but it doesn't stay flat on the floor so you can't just use your foot to push it into place

Cute idea, but the paw isn't thick enough to work with my doors. Boo! I have a cat that locks herself in the bathroom if I don't prop the door and wanted something clever.

I am a bellman at a resort so I use doorstops frequently. I get comments on this one every day, guests love it. It does have trouble gripping on the older doors with a bigger gap.
