Bought this as a gift for a friend & she loved it. My only complaint is that it doesn't seem like it will necessarily hold up all that well because of the materials it's made with. This will need to be carefully hand washed after each use which can be a pain in the behind honestly.

I am a giraffe fanatic and i am totally in love. The reviews are pretty much accurate. The cup is true to picture and the handle is a bit tough to hold especially when you have to walk with it from the kitchen. I did however receive the spoon and it is just as cute. i am happy i bought this item. Regardless of its minor flaws it is not a major deal breaker

cute, and I appreciated very quick Prime shipping for this xmas gift, but...

the panda spoon (shown in pic, but one other reviewer mentioned but receiving it at all) arrived in 5 broken pieces in the bottom of the mug, having only been tucked in under the thin foamy packing sheet material. I could imagine this damage occurring the first time the package was handled.

also, there's what sounds like a ceramic chip rattling around within the walls or neck/handle of the mug.

nice design. holiday rush? poor cq? send another?

This mug is cute and well made. The reason I am only giving it 3 stars is the handle is very uncomfortable to hold (too thick at the top) which made it useless as a coffee mug. Will use as a pencil cup though.

Thought this hand-painted ceramic cup would be aluminum. Also it's a mug. Not a cup. Haters will say it a long-necked peruvian horse.
