Not worth the money or the wait...

This product is the worst quality possible. The paint is peeling off right out he box and the colored blue parts the light shines through is hand painted on and just looks horrible (my 4 year old could do a better job). This picture you see is like how you buy a cheese burger at a fast food joint and it looks all perfect in the picture but what you get is a squished ugly burger. I cant believe I waited 20 days for this garbage. Be warned that you will not receive anything close to the quality in the picture. I would take more pictures on how horrible it is but it's just not worth my time to take any more.

This thing is worth no more than $5 no joke!

I bought 2 of these for my kids at Christmas time. They are 6 and 10 and they are avid minecraft fans. This was nice and easy to use but for the price I was expecting something a little bigger than a 5 inch cube that is battery operated. It doesn't stay on like a night light. It goes on when you tap it if the switch is turned on and goes off about 2 minutes later. It is the perfect brightness for a night lite though. It just turns off becuase of the battery operation. Even at this size it would be worth it if it was plug in instead of battery operated, but my kids love them anyway. It fits easily in their top drawer. It has even survived wear and tear from the 2 year old. I am moderately impressed.

This is pretty fantastic as a nightlight. I love the color of the glow and that you can choose from 3 levels of brightness! My son use to sleep with it on his bed so he could just tap to turn it on whenever he needed to get out of bed. We've had it for about 10 months and we still haven't needed to change the batteries so that's pretty great. No complaints here!

Be sure to open, install batteries, and check to see that this product works. I just paid dearly for planning ahead for Christmas. Purchased one blue and one red in July to store away for my sons for Christmas. The red one works fine, the blue one? Not at all. :( And of course, I'm outside of the proper return timing. I should have thought about it and checked to make sure they would work when first purchased.

Also, note that although I say the red one works fine, I agree with other customers that "tapping" it doesn't turn it on. We have to sort of set it hard on the table to get it to light, but he likes it anyway.

Excellent toy for boys whom love Minecraft

Surprisingly cool piece of toy for kids.

I bought it for my boys for Christmas. Amazon got it to me two whole days early, which is always a plus.

My boys loved it. It lights up in different brightness which is very cool. I am not sure how long the battery would last but, that would depend on the usage. Rather durable, kids were beating it with a rolled up magazine to change lights.

I would just be careful of the corners though. But just like anything else. A good parenting is always required.

Ordered this as a gift for my nephew. Arrived on time and it's cute! Does not include the batteries, although it requires AA. To turn it on you just tap it, and it will stay on for a few minutes and turns off automatically.

My youngest son loves this. He is crazy about playing minecraft now. We got this for him to use as a small night light in his room. We will turn it on when he goes to bed. It's not super bright..... but that's fine for our situation.

Very well constructed. Doesn't feel cheap at all. Had to use a small screw driver to install the batteries, but that's fine. It keeps the kids from trying to take the batteries out all the time.

Be prepared, it is very, very tiny! I missed the dimensions prior to purchase (which is my own fault, obviously) and was surprised by the size. It's a Christmas gift though, so we'll see how it works.

My son rarely uses it as it is hit and miss on the touch controls. Sometimes he has to tap it several times to change the brightness. Also is a lot smaller than expected

These are great! We picked 3 of these up for our boys for Christmas. Arrived just in time. 3 months later and lots of play, they are still going strong and haven't had to replace the batteries yet. They use them nightly for personal nightlights next to their beds.

Maybe I just got a bad unit, but this one is really hard to get to come on. You have to smack it more than tap it.
