And, that's okay :)
I just got it, so I may need to change my rating in the future. I don't know about that. But, my Mugga arrived in excellent condition. The balaclava has some loose threads, but they're not pulling out at all, and I expect I'd be able to just clip them off if I were bothered by them. Also, the balaclava fits the cup well, and isn't difficult to remove or re-apply (it has a hook-and-loop type closure that rests under the handle).
The mug does seem thin, so I would avoid any very rapid temperature changes - for instance, maybe rinse it under the hot tap to heat it on a cold day, before pouring in hot coffee, tea, or cocoa. But overall, it seems like a very good mug. I haven't microwaved it yet, though (no, I won't do that with the balaclava still on), so I'll update this if microwaving causes any unexpected issues. Otherwise, I'm very happy with it for now, and that's that.
Have you seen my Ninja Mug? Of course you haven't.....

Pros: It's a Ninja Mug. The Katana Spoon is a nice addition and has a holster sewn into the mug sleeve.
Cons: Use the sleeve as the mug heats up very quickly. I ended up putting rubber feet on the bottom of my coaster as the underside is unfinished ceramic.
Other Thoughts: This is an average sized coffee mug, I was hoping for something a bit larger.

The mug is unique among the many bat related items our family "chiroptologist" has around her home and office. She may not drink beverages from it, but rather keep it on her desk to hold pens and pencils and such. But however it is used, it is a fine addition to any bat-inspired person's collection.

Cup arrived in good shape. However, after a single washing (by hand) one of the eyes came nearly completely off. Grandson quite disappointed - as am I!

Cute - cool mug! The ninja face is cloth with velcro so it can be removed. The coaster would be better if it had little rubber feet on it instead of being unfinished ceramic. (I added my own feet). The spoon fits into a pouch on the mask.

Great gift item, but the koozie is slightly off center and had a lot of strings sticking out. The Katana spoon handle was a little bit sharp and can be a bit of a hazard but is overall a good product.
Loved it! Love the mask and the tiny pouch ...

Loved it! Love the mask and the tiny pouch it has to place the spoon. The coaster isn't stable enough being the same material as the cup, it gets unstable and slippery. Great product overall.
Amazing worth the money
