Hole after 1 use and no way to remedy the situation

we used this raft one time and it worked great. The second time we tried to use it it took forever to blow up and we discovered it had a small hole in it. It's ridiculous that after one use it developed a hole and the return window is already closed with no way to contact the seller. I would not purchase this product again considering there is no way to remedy the situation

Ripped right on the seam on the inside the first day in the water. I had a cheaper one the year before and figured this one would be worth 4 times the cost but definitely was not the case.

Seams splitting

While I think this is the perfect size and shape raft we have had two instances where the seams split for no apparent reason and the raft is useless. It's very unfortunate because we really love it when it's working. Both times the raft was less then a year old and was not caused by rough housing or horseplay. Just defective....

Loved this floating, we went to santa fe river and had a blast, i wouldnt say much on speakers, they are not very good quality and its not very loud but i would still recommend for the quality of material for the floaty. Definitely ticker and stronger than others that i saw.
