The Jaxx 7 ft Sofa is the biggest bean bag we make. Big enough for up to three people, this sofa is filled with finely shredded furniture grade polyurethane foam and covered with soft yet durable Cone Denim. The Denim covers are both removable and machine-washable and accented with brass zippers. Each bean bag includes a protective inner-liner with childproof zipper that keeps the filling out of reach when cleaning the cover. To clean the cover, wash with cold water and tumble dry on low heat. Fluff as needed.

Huge!! But we love it. Wasn't as bad as I thought or messy to fill if you follow the directions and use common sense and be careful. It fluffed up to the size you see in the last picture in one day. The first picture is the foam before it has expanded and the kids testing it out with the inner liner only. I'm sitting in it now. Lol. Would recommend it but make sure you have room :) mine is the 7'.

Excellent as a bed

We got this for my 6' tall son, who outgrew his twin-bed. My plan was to replace his old bed with either an XL twin or a full-size bed, but he did some research and asked for this (7') instead. Even though it cost more than a bed would have, the bed would have required new sheets and comforter, so in the end we probably saved money. This is very comfortable (we've all taken turns testing it out). My son just flips it over when he gets up in the morning and loves not having to make his bed :) . It's too heavy for mom, but the boys don't have any trouble flipping it over to fluff it up.

As a seat, three normal-sized adults/teens fit easily, but I think that two would probably be more comfortable. To use as a sofa, it comes with the perfect amount of filling (imo). Since we're using it as a bed, after a couple weeks we ordered extra filling to make it a little bit firmer. For the 7' bean bag sofa, the 2-box shipment contained an inner bag, the cover, and three cubes of filling (shredded foam). Place all the boxes in the room where you want the bean bag sofa to be because there is no way you're moving it easily once it's filled. Insert the inner liner into the cover, then put the filling packages (one at a time) into the liner before opening the filling packages. The foam filling is compressed, and it will take some tugging to get it apart and fluffed. As with any shredded foam, it will try to fly everywhere so do your best to keep it contained, and plan to vacuum afterward. We found it helpful to have one person hold the edges of the bag and a second person distribute the filling. Word of warning: this off-gasses when it first arrives, and takes about a month to not stink.

In addition to a bed, this serves as entertainment. My teens spend an amazing amount of time avoiding homework by running and leaping onto the bean bag sofa, then trying to dump one another off. It seems to be standing up very well. We plan to get a second one.

I've had this for almost a year and it's just as good as the day we bought it. I have 3 kids and 7 nieces and nephews who flop on it constantly, so I consider that a pretty good test! The cover has held up and is really easy to clean, when necessary.

We love this "bean" bag chair! I'd totally give it 5 stars but it didn't come with quite enough filling so you do slowly sink into the ground after a while if you don't move the fluff around enough while it's in use. We flip it after we use it every time to try to keep it fluffy, but we're going to need to buy some more filling in the coming weeks, it's just not supportive enough to sit two people if we wanna hang out and watch a movie or game on it, we have to be like..nested on top of it.

However when my family of four, 2 adults and 2 young kids, sits on it together, it's pretty comfy and it distributes the weight really well..just don't ever expect to sit 2 people how they have it advertised (looking like a well supported couch) with the amount of foam they give you lol

I would give this a 5 rating but it could use a bit more fill. I like the denim cover but it does have a chemically smell which kind of nauseated me. I need to run it to the local laundromat and wash it in an oversized machine, then it will be fine. My dog's hair sticks to it but that's to be expected, and would be worse if the microfiber cover. My girlfriend and neighbors love it. I like it too, but laying in it makes my bad lower back ache so I put a pillow under it. My German Shepherd also loves it.

Needs more stuffing.

Good material. Doesn't smell like some of the cheaper models out there. The foam is uniform and doesn't clump. The only problem I have is that it does not come with enough stuffing and they force you to pay an extra $60-$90 to fill it correctly. Were it not for that, I'd give it a better score. It just caves in and becomes TOTALLY uncomfortable after 20 mins. With extra stuffing it's perfect.

Really love the bag. It's super comfortable and is great for napping! I'm 5'10" and my entire body fits on the bag with room to spare.

I was not prepared to pack the bag myself(should've read the reviews first). The packages of stuffing were extremely difficult to unpack. Once I finally unpacked and stuffed, another bag of stuffing came separately 2 days later. I had to unpack the bag with expanded stuffing and put this third bag of stuffing in.

Everything worked out-but it's a messy process. Be prepared to do some vacuuming afterwards. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Lacking foam filler

It's alright. It comes with three cubes of highly compressed foam that you beat the hell out of to get fluffed up. But in the end, it is lacking and in need of one more cube of foam. There is too much extra space and the foam you sit on eventually shoves out from under you so that you wind up sitting on a very thin layer of foam near to the floor and a bunch of foam to either side of you. It leaves a person constantly tossing and turning in uncomfortable positions to redistribute the foam. Bit of a hassle.

Just got this bean bag. I have a smaller one just like it that I've had for a few years that I ordered from Wayfair and I was really bummed about the fill that I had received with that one. With this bag I let go of the fact that it might not have the fill I was expecting, but Holy-COW this thing is AMAZING! The night I got the 5.5 bag, me and some friends where jumping into it right of the bat. I totally held us up unlike my smaller one that I basically touch the floor in. Gotta give it the couple of weeks to burn off that "New" smell, but that's to be expected. Now i can have movie night cuddles with my children again.

Super Comfy

This is a super comfortable cocoon of a sofa. It's wonderful.

NOTES:

It does take up a LOT of room, so have your space clearly defined before the unpacking and fluffing process.

It does not stay in a "sofa" shape. It's more of a huge pillow that we love to lounge on. If you're looking for a defined shape, this isn't the thing to buy. Get a "regular" sofa instead.
