I got the small black one and it came all scuffed up it looked like it was used or something but I don't think so because the inside is clean. It's much smaller than I thought also would recommend spending a little more for the bigger one . Also did not receive any of the free items people have been saying they got in the reviews . Other than that I do love the concept and definitely makes it better and funner to ash a bowl.

Fantastic product.

Pros:
Easy to clean
"Free" pipe. (I ordered a second one and got extras!)
Convenient
Solid stash box

Very well made (the third one I got was even sturdier and better at extinguishing any smoke)

Cons:
A bit wobbly if not not using two hands (recent ones are better/more solid)
Doesn't make toast

Recommended! Much easier than other means.

Love this thing! Easily clean out your bowl without getting ash on your fingers. Lid keeps smell and ashes in. No more ash all over the floor when you knock the ash tray over. The plastic is thinner at the top to slide the lid on, but so far it is holding up. Ordered another as a gift for my brother because i loved it so much

I LOOVVEEEE what I received it the mail from them! Inside the package there was an envelope with a free bowl inside with a smiley face and "free" wrote on the outside and I thought that was the cutest thing in the world! Couldn't be more satisfies

For as simple a device as this is, its surprisingly good at getting bowls clean, and collecting the debris. It's so simple, i don't know why these weren't a thing long ago. Glad they're around now though!
