Better Than I Expected

Other the spring for the shutter it was straight forward to put together. I had bent the spring but it's not hard to bend back but they included 2 springs in the kit which was a great thought by them in-case you mess up the first one you still have a back up! Just finished off the first roll of film and waiting to get them back. Will update if there are any issues but this seems pretty solid and overall awesome!.

This was a Christmas present for my nephew who is interested in photography. Upon opening it, he abandoned the rest of his unopened presents to assemble the camera (about 2 hours) and start taking pictures. I am now the official "favorite uncle." I win!

This is a great product! I'm a photography freak. I love anything photography and this was so different than anything I've done. I totally thought it wouldn't take me long to construct it, but it took forever! It was a little frustrating, but it was fun at the same time. It helps you learn about the different mechanisms and little parts of a camera. It's great. I haven't developed any of the films I've used yet, but I will soon enough. Either way it's great for a photography enthusiast.

Cheap plastic small together kit. Worked for half a roll of film before breaking. Gave it two stars because haven't found any other products similar to this and building it was definitely worthwhile.

Based on other reviews here, I bought this for a camera enthusiast (30 year old) for Christmas. From what I was told, he was instantly fascinated and spent the rest of the day putting the camera together. He loved it.

got this camera for myself, as I wanted my own film camera. it took a while to put together (I might mention that I'm not good with directions) but right after I went to use it. it's a little bulky and fragile. it's a decent camera, but this is more for people looking for a project, or a gift for someone.
