Dude these claws are rad, but completely full of sharp unfinished metal edges where the knuckles meet the claws. My hand was bleeding like crazy after 10 minutes with them on. Also the handles are too small for heavy metal claws. So expect hand cramping. Once I added padding to the back of the knuckle guard it kind of helped but the sharp unfinished pieces really tore through the protective backing I attached. Short story is the claws are awesome and the claws themselves are not sharp. The handle however is was too small and the part where the knuckle meets the metal is unfinished and will cut your knuckles up something fierce.
Quality claws, wished the spacing was wider.

Caution, you can seriously kill someone with these. Not for kids! Great job with the quality. I wish the claws were wider.

Ok, so I read several reviews before deciding to just order these. I did debate purchasing other ones.
I just got them in this afternoon. When I seen them I lit up. They look AWESOME!!
As others have stated, they aren't a perfect replica of those in the films. Duh! When they arrived they looked a little more like Han's hand from Enter the Dragon. The blade were straight instead of being able to fit a guys neck between the outer blades. Haha! (I was dying when I read that in a review.)
Once I put them on I understood what others said how they'd probably be better for people with big hands. I believe that the blades are about 1mm too far apart on each side, if you have fat fingers it won't be a problem. Also the handle is very small which makes it hard and uncomftable to hold.
All of these tiny imperfections are where, I believe, they leave the rest to the consumer to customize them. They literally did the hard part that most people don't have the resources to do themselves at home.
After I tried them out I immediately went to the garage a slapped these things in my vice and twisted and spread the blades on them. I still have to beef up the grips, but here's a few pics for now.
These things are EFFING SWEET!!

These things are incredible but they are NOT SAFE for or around children! They are heavy stainless steal and SUPER sharp. They are dangerous. However they made my costume AWESOME. Great product but my goodness be careful with these things!!!

These are really awesome! They are made of stainless steel and look very real. They are a bit heavy, but not too bad. You have to hold them the whole time, but they look so realistic. Plus the price is good, I saw them elsewhere for much higher price.

It arrived on time, as described by Amazon & manufacturer, the packaging was undamaged, and the product itself was unmolested and made with quality materials.
My son said I should post our pics and video of this stabbing through a can just to demonstrate just how serious these claws are! I didn't want to fool with that. Anywho, we ordered this as a compliment to his wolverine get up and for our attendance at StarCon. I was expecting something hefty and durable, but not a weapon that is combat ready! You could, without sharpening it whatsoever, out of the package, stab through a box, tin can, and into an antifreeze container with no problem. We took it to the convention and had no issues.
Nice claws, prolly shouldn't go out in public though.

Uncomfortable but when paired with fingerless leather gloves they're perfect. Fingerless leather gloves are cheap too. Also claws are pointy sharp but not sharp on the blade. I might sharpen them. Good buy for the price, more of a collectable than for cosplay.

They look cool, but the tips are sharp enough to be dangerous. We took a grinder to round off the tips otherwise it would be scratching and puncturing everything accidentally. Small gaps between knuckles and the blades. Pretty cool, though. As long as you're not using them as a tool they should last forever. I can use them next halloween or give them to somebody else that wants to be wolverine.
They cost $30. At costume store you pay like 15 or 20 for cheapo plastic ones. If the tips were safe I would've given 5 stars.

They look good, and actually are pretty safe, so you won't cut yourself with the blade part(unless you like go for a stabbing motion). However, they are a little big; specifically, with them in hand as they are supposed to be, there's like a 1-2cm gap from the blades and my knuckles. If you're posing for pics with it, don't take a side shot, and if you're going to cosplay with them, I'd suggest using gloves with a padding in the knuckles to bridge that gap. I'm a short dude, but my hands aren't tiny. Also, Bc it is hard steel, you wanna be careful of the edges of where your fingers go through, Bc I actually did get a small cut in the webbing between my fingers(another reason to wear gloves with these).
