Saved My Ass On A Long Motorcycle Ride

I've had this tool in my wallet for almost 5 years now. It's always been more of a novelty/party trick for me. Randomly open beers for friends or a quick help with a screw if someone didn't have a screwdriver handy. A couple weeks ago, I was on a very long motorcycle trip across CT and about 50 miles from home, my shifter pedal dropped to the ground. It was a Sunday evening and everything was closed. I remembered I had the tool that had the notches for tightening bolts. Luckily I was able to use this tool and get back pedal back together to make it home. Now I REALLY have a reason to always have this on me. Never know...

WARNING the Seller called Premium-Brands-4-Less is selling knock offs!!!!
1) They came in a non barcoded paper holder where as the real ones come in a barcoded clamshell.
2) The words "Wallet Ninja" is using the wrong design and is painted. The real one is cut out of the metal.
3) The screwdriver is symbol is missing. The real one will have a screw driver symbol on the screw driver.
4) There is extra graphic lines that the real one does not have.
5) The shuriken graphics is missing on the fake one.
6) The font for everything on the fake one is wrong and very poorly done on one side almost to the point you can not tell that it is a #4. The real one has the same font on both sides that is easy to read.

This review is of the fake one. I give the real one 5 stars for being a great novelty gift.

Useful EDC Card

I received this EDC card as a gift three years ago and I cant believe how many times if has come in handy! It is very well constructed - it has absolutely NO bend to it - and can easily open beers/bottles turn small hex bolts, screw small screws, etc. It fits perfectly in my wallet and has never set off alarms at the airport. This is a must have for any EDC enthusiast.

I bought this for my boyfriend who loves little gadgets like this! I struggle every year to get him different things for his birthday and this was arguably his favorite out of everything I got him this year! It fits right in your wallet and the best part about it is the box cutter! There's always something to open around the house and this does the trick. Also the slots for the hex tool! It's the quickest fix to tighten nuts and bolts, because as people in our mid 20s we don't have a set of wrenches around the house... This would be a great/unique gift for anyone who loves little gadgets or for the person who seems to already have everything!!

Airport TSA Tossed it.

I bought this about a month ago. Maybe I didn't give it enough time, but I had two main issues with it.
1. I never really had a use for it. I spend the majority of my time at home, so I can use the full-size tool for any of its listed capabilities
2. The first trip I took with it, TSA confiscated it and threw it away as it looks basically like a knife (or as scary - the guy showed me the x-ray image), so I didn't really have it to use. It's also nearly metallic, so when the TSA guy picked it up, that basically sealed the deal.

Great concept, but not sure the practicality is there.

Easy gift

This showed up in my feed as a suggested product, and I thought it looked like it could make a good gift, so I bought it for myself to see what it was like. I honestly have never used it in the 6 months I've had it, but I know that it will come in handy at some point, so it's easy to keep in my wallet. I bought it for my Dad for Father's Day, and he thought it was really cool. It was an easy gift, especially for a hard to buy for person.

Also, I fly a lot, and I've never had an issue with TSA for this. I've flown probably 20 or so flights with it, both international and domestic. I also don't understand how TSA would be able to differentiate this from the other cards in your wallet. It probably gets screened as a credit card and you're only having an issue if you take it out of your wallet and put it in a bin.

Decent Quality

Every tool seems to work pretty well for me. Don't expect the tools like screwdriver and hex heads to replace actual ones, but it's handy when the actual ones aren't on hand, which is probably why you're buying this. Cell phone stand doesn't work. It just bends the card if you can manage to not have your phone slide off. Would need a card that is very stiff , or maybe something thin and metal, or a rubberized case on your phone to help it stay.

Too Many Fakes

Another fake. Sold by Dynamite Marketing. The photo used to advertise this product listing is NOT what you will get. Paint is coming off. The box cutter has no edge. The screwdriver points are too blunt and thick to be of use. Bought this for a friend's birthday and now too ashamed to give it to him. I'll attempt to return this. Save your money and just buy straight from the company's site!

I'm putting together a tactical wallet. This wallet is going to consist solely of credit-card sized tools since those are all the rage these days. Before this happens, however, I should note that this is the first and most useful tool. The tool is stainless steel. And for how thin it is, it is EXTREMELY strong. I seriously can't bend the thing very easily. And unlike all the credit card-sized tools out there, this one actually has the same thickness as a real credit card, rather than 2 or 3 like some of the more high-tech credit card tools.
- The teeth (the screwdrivers/hex wrenches on the bottom) can eat away at a wallet's weak points. If you use a leather wallet it will chop up the inside of the pocket you put it in. I have a different problem. I use an aluminum wallet called Wallum, which is two steel plates held together by four rubber bands with the cards in the middle. The Wallet Ninja tends to eat away at the rubber bands.
- These same teeth will also hurt your fingers while you're opening a bottle with it. But it's the easiest bottle opener to access for me anyway.
- The fruit peeler is useless, but the box cutter does the same job. This is kind of a last resort tool though cuz it takes forever to cut open a box with it, but it's better than nothing.
- This thing has every screwdriver under the sun. The eyeglass screwdriver actually seems to work real well! And time hasn't stripped the shape either.

All in all a great card, and very affordable too.

Decent, but box cutter does not function well

I've had this product saved for a long time and was so excited to receive it! I thought the box cutter part would be the most useful and was also quite excited to use the screwdriver. The box cutter was very disappointing, using it to cut open a box was the equivalent of using a normal blunt credit card. I think this is a great idea but maybe could use some re-configuration.

Perfect for in a wallet

I purchased this for the man who has everything he could ever want, my father, for Christmas. He is constantly breaking his glasses and cant see to find the eyeglass screwdriver. This is perfect, he knows exactly where it is all the time. It fits perfect in his wallet and the other 17 tools are just bonuses. The box opener and screw driver was very helpful with other presents that were received and the Wallet Ninja became a big hit that all the guys had to pass around the check out. I even used it for the bottle opener. It is surprisingly strong for how thin it is (it is just like a credit card). I highly recommend this item for everyone. It is so convenient and works great.
