Keep that pimpin' hand strong! If you see someone dragging along, give them a Coffee Bitch Slap and tell 'em "Drink Up, Wake Up!" Our roaster is able to add or subtract heat to change the speed at which the coffee is roasted. During every roast, we monitor the temperature of the beans in the drum, the temperature of the exhaust, and gas pressure. By noting the changes in these marks over time, we can make many small adjustments to the gas pressure and air-flow to create a roast profile with high caffeine and smooth flavor!

After reading the description, I was looking forward to a good strong cup of coffee. Being a professional coffee drinker, with navy training in the art, I was hoping for a good jolt. the result of the brew was not what was advertised. Really not stronger than any of several coffee beans found in a grocery store, and I have tried almost all of them. I am currently using Death Wish, and was expecting something akin to that level of caffeine.

The packaging is a cute idea, but that is the extent of any jolt you are going to get. This is more of a mild coffee, and for what you get, its pretty expensive when compared to other coffees available.

I'm not mad, just really disappointed!

threw the beans in a blender and it grounded it to powder...i

got this as a funny gift for a friend but the coffee actually tasted better than most coffee we get. so i recommend this to anyone who wants to try new GOOD coffee. if youre into strong coffee then i would personally recommend death wish. thats a great brand too. but a whole lot of caffiene.

I am not necessarily disappointed in the flavor. I don't think it's bad, but I expected to taste richer than it does. It certainly didn't come out and slap me in the face. Fun packaging, but not heavy on the caffeine as expected.

This was also a gift for my daughter. The amount of caffeine in this would probably kill me but she said it is fantastic. She said her first pot came out a little strong but that was easily adjusted on subsequent pots until she got it how she liked it. Her husband also likes it and she had to tell him "Hands off!" LOL It does pack a kick and it's advisable to follow the brewing instructions to a T and then adjust accordingly, till you get a smooth flavor that suits you. If you have hard time handling caffeine, you might want to think twice but if you're looking for that full on kick in the arse, Bitch Slap is the one for you.

I was very disappointed with this coffee, it was my first time buying this brand and I had high expectations! The coffee was strong which I like but the flavor was awful and I gave it several chances sadly however I did not like this coffee at all and I will not purchase this brand again!

Delivery and packaging were great,the coffee...well,not as much as I hoped. To me,it did not live up to the promised expectations...was not strong for my husband or I. Did not give a lasting jolt. I am not sure I even liked the taste. We tried different grinds and different coffee ratios,yet nothing worked. Not saying it's bad...just not for me

I am not sure what I was expecting. It does have a high caffeine content that you can feel. I don't know if you get used to that or not. But instead of smooth, bland comes to mind. Kind of like Denny's coffee. But, if you are looking for the high caffeine content but not a real bold flavor, it would work. Don't know about value for the money. I don't usually pay this for coffee beans. Was curious.

I drink my coffee strong & this drink has a swill about it....lol, it didn't bother me but many may not like that? It's part of

how they roast it to bring out certain nutty or chocolate qualities in the beans that cause it to be rough IF you use too

much as I choose to do..... Use a reasonable measure & I'm sure it's much smoother.....

I purchased this for a friend who always complains the coffee is never strong enough for him, and this one stopped his complaining.
