This is one of the most fun and unique products I have seen in a long time. I giggled and then promptly sent it as a gift. It's not just for cat people it could be used for themed parties, like Alice and wonderland etc.. they were delighted with it. It turned out to be more then just a bit of whimsy in a care package. I would highly recommend it.

Decent Cat-Shaped Rubber Ice-Cube Tray/Mold -- Though Pretty Small

Although I already have regular ice-cube tray(s), I still got this Cat/Kitten Shape Rubber Ice Cube Tray Mold because for some reason, the expression of the cat on this mold reminded me of my late cats -- one who died in 2000 and the other who died in 2010.

So I got this cat-shaped ice-cube tray.

But nostalgia & sentimentality aside, there is nothing really special about this ice-cube tray/mold. While I've only used it so far as an ice-cube tray, it would probably serve much better as a mold to make gummies or something like that. Because the "wells" to hold the liquid contents (whether water for ice, or the ingredients for home-made gummies, etc.) are pretty small. Though I HAVE made ice a few different times with this mold, the ice comes out way too small for my preference.Which is why I say that this Cat/Kitten Shape Rubber Ice Cube Tray Mold would be better for making gummies or chocolates than ice.

It is a rubber/silicone mold so whether its used for ice or for gummies & chocolates, it would probably be easier to release the contents than a hard plastic tray/mold.

Basically, how to use this item is pretty self-explanatory. You fill each of the cat-shaped wells with water, or melted chocolate, or the gelatin & other ingredients to make gummies and then you stick it in the freezer (for ice) or fridge to let it set, and then once it has, you bend and twist the mold to release the contents

This is a pretty decent ice-cube tray/mold, though rather than it being a tray with 10 SMALL ice-cube slots, it would've been better, in my opinion, if it had been 5 bigger ice-cube slots instead!

I got this because I live far enough south that throwing ice cubes in my kitties' outdoor water bowl is a virtual necessity, and why NOT be amused by those ice cubes? So far it's held up to basically revolving-door use (pop the cubes out, fill it back up with water, let it freeze, repeat cycle) surprisingly well. The people mentioning that the ice cubes are pretty small are accurate, however, so if you're using this for people ice you probably would need two.

If you have cat-loving friends (particularly ones whose kittehs are either indoor-outdoor like mine or who prefer their water as cold as possible even inside), this would definitely make a cute stocking-stuffer/small gift.

This is MUCH smaller than I anticipated. The whole piece is about 9 x 6, the ice cubes will be an inch or so in size. That said it's good quality and should work as an ice cube tray. This is a gag gift, and with the low price I'm not too dissapointed but I was thinking it would make regular size ice cubes.

It makes a variety of small cats shapes. The silicon isn't very flimsy but not very sturdy. If you grab the head and the tail of the tray it helps to keep the tray steady when moving to the freezer. Good for cat fans.

The black cat mold was very. Much appreciated as part of a gift. I was thinking they would be cute as ice cubes. My friend used them for small muffins and also to make some chocolate candy. How smart, they were great. Definately a nice gift. Seems a bit over priced to me but prices can be relavent to all.

This tray is hilarious! The cubes are a little smaller than the average ice cube, but the tray itself is durable. I've gone through a few sets of ice now with no issues with the molds tearing or cracking. One of my friends loved it so much she bought one for herself. Great gift idea for a cat lover!

Bought this as a gift for my cousins housewarming. Granted it's nothing special, but she's a crazy cat lady with no cats. Lol, she loves it. She makes kitty ice cubes, empties them in a container and repeats the process. She always has plenty of kitty ice cubes for her and her guests.

Bought as a gift, felt durable but I didn't use it for anything. If you know anybody who likes cats this makes a good gift. Candy mold, ice cube tray, you could probably put cookie or brownie dough in them too, not sure what the limits and possibilities are

I bought this for my wife and she loves it. Its very easy to make ice with and the cubes come out with little effort. Great little gift for cat lovers.
