Dogs fighting over bed

Cushion was very firm, almost hard. But my dogs didn't mind and now that they have been using it for a few weeks. Bed is broken in without loosing shape.

One of the bead/stud on the outline of bed was not properly secured, going to have to glue it back, not a big deal. Looking to order another, 3 dogs total, two little ones have claimed bed, big dog left out and tries to beat them to it at night. I use a throw blanket on top to help keep fabric clean.

Pros and cons

I give this three and a half stars because like other reviewers mentioned, the pillow is really too stiff, and for the price, I would have expected something softer, maybe some memory foam.

The other negative for me is that it only comes in one color ☹️

A really big plus is that for some reason, the dog hair does not stick to it. It does look like a piece of furniture rather than a dog bed, which was a major factor for me why I bought it (don't have to worry about hiding it anymore when guests come over)

My four dogs like it but only after I switched out the pillow. A regular size human pillow will fit the cover just fine, by the way!

I got this bed for my 2 small dogs. It looks really nice in the living room which is what I wanted and the dogs really like the bed because the material is soft. The quality isn't as good as I expected and the cushion stuffing isn't evened out but it does exactly what I needed it to do... which is look nice with my furniture and provide a comfy spot for my dogs to hangout on. I'd recommend it to a friend looking for a stylish dog bed.

Love the concept of it ! The color is way off than what is pictured. If it were the same as the advertised picture it would be a solid 4. It's more of a yellowy/brown hue. It arrived with the cushion a bit off ( rippled in the back ) from further I inspection I found it's probably due to a little tether underneath that keeps the cushion down in place. Which is helpful from it ending up all over the floor from use, but it's NOT aesthetically appealing. Maybe work on that to make the cushion flush with the rest of the couch. I got them because it looked identical to my couches. The color was a real disappointment. But otherwise my dog uses it and likes it so it's not all bad. I'd probably recommend, but wouldn't rave about it.

As others have said, the cushion is very lumpy and hard. I plan to replace the filling with a microfoam insert. The cushion is totally unacceptable to my (very spoiled) cat in it's present state. Right now she is stretched out in the shell. Taking the cushion off was the only way she would get on it. Also, the color in the picture is completely off. It is much darker, much more of the caramel color it is advertised to be. All things considered, it is overpriced for what it is, but too much trouble to send back. So I will modify it to suit her highness. Picture is of her Highness on the sofa without the cushion.

Update: I bought some 2 inch microfoam, and cut it to fit the cushion. It now looks like a proper sofa, and Maddie Mae approves of the comfort and style!

Nice quality sofa with cushion challenges

Very nice quality of sofa and fabric. However, the cushion was lumpy and would slide off constantly, even with the little elastic tether (pretty useless).. Problem is, both the bottom of the cushion and the sofa bed that it sits on are slippery fabrics. I really do love the quality and look of the sofa though, so I found another, better quality cushion that fit and matched. I still have the sliding problem. I'm thinking of a velcro strip solution. Would have been great if it were perfect when I bought it.

It's a real power struggle at our house, with 3 dogs that think they NEED to be on furniture.

So I ordered this little piece of furniture for the 2 small dogs to use.

They weren't impressed. 😐

So...I had my grandchildren sit on the new "couch" for a bit, and suddenly, it became a bit more interesting to the dogs.

However, it's still uncomfortable, what with that lumpy, bumpy cushion. I'm going to try switching it out for a standard bed pillow in the cover, and we'll see how that goes...

Other than that, it's really cute, but I wish it was available in more colors.

My Dog loves his couch! However....

My Dog loves his couch alot. The reason for the less than excellent rating is because when I removed the couch from the box one of the tacks in the front was missing. I found it at the bottom of the box, it made me realize if my Dog chews on that (as he probably will) and they come loose, that could be horrible for my dog. I will need to have my Husband some how secure or remove these from the front bottom panal which will then make the look of the couch appear unfinished.
